If I can I would rate it BIG ZERO. They will refund part of your payment and mark your order complete without any notifications or emails of order cancelation.They don't answer phone calls or emails. This is a scam, avoid at all cost and read rest of the reviews.

Paid £138 for order a week ago - no email to acknowledge order, nothing. Today I got a refund of £98, no email to explain what’s going on. Tried calling and can’t get through! I have no idea what’s going on. What a scam, seems to happen a lot with companies I’m trying to by vitamins from, very worrying. WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - Ordered items on 23/12 and paid £44.25, received no confirmation email or order/tracking number. The money has still come out of my account. I have emailed the company twice and called numerous times and not received a single response, nor has anyone answered the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable. Writing on here in hope of some response and to warn other people NOT to order from here. I am now going to have to start the lengthy process of contacting my bank to try and recoup my money.

SCAMMERS
Charged, no products, no customer service!
Ordered products online, no confirmation E-mail received. Instead an E-mail saying there was still items in my basket! Phoned company, they don’t take phone calls!! Sent an E-mail as requested, no response to Friday E-mail by Tuesday, so chased again. 3 days later a refund.
Now my inbox is filling up with random dodgy looking healthcare messages!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. received nothing. did not receive purchase email. not responded to my enquiry email. all reviews are just like mine! fortunately paid through paypal. I'll be contacting paypal, trading standards and the shampoo manufacturer re their complete lack of service. also submitted a formal complaint to the Pharmacy Regulator. I urge others to do the same.

Misleading website & hidden charges
Didn’t send free item as stated in the offer. I emailed them & they sent me 10ml instead of 30ml (the offer did not state trial size & was hence misleading). When I queried this, they said their returns policy contained a 20% restocking charge & £6 postage charge. The restocking charge is not mentioned on their website, but it does mention a cooling off period.
I will not use this shop again. I have just read other reviews here & see other customers have had a similar negative experience.

Great site for Dermalogica
This is now my go to site for Dermalogica. It is usually cheaper than other sites. I’ve contacted customer services on occasion and service is great. Standard delivery sometimes takes a couple of days longer than other sites but the cost savings far outweigh that. I also take advantage of any free Dermalogica gift with a minimum spend. Always true to their word and I’m never disappointed.

Website Order Never Arrived!!
Placed an order on their website on the 17th February and have never received it. No email or anything from them to explain about any delays. Have disputed it via Paypal and they have refunded me. Terrible service!! Would avoid!!
God knows how they are getting good reviews unless they are bogus!

Terrible customer service and delay
I have ordered online 11 days ago and still no news regarding my products.
I wrote two emails and no answer from the customer service. I want to cancel it and there is no way to do that online. I am so unsatisfied.
Dishonest and lies
I ordered Dr Bronner's soap costing over £101 on 27th Dec and received a confirmation of the order saying it will be shipped within 2-7days. It also said an email would be sent when the goods were shipped which I never received. On Jan 14th after calling several times with no reply I sent them an email saying the goods still had not arrived. On 17th a reply of sorry we'll send you a refund. No question as to tracking number etc. How often does one shrug off so easily a £101 loss? I replied saying I would prefer the product than the refund and their reply was we are out of stock. I believe they never had the product in stock in the first place but took the money and hoped I would forget about it. So unprofessional. So dishonest. I see in google reviews that this has happened to many other people too.

Order placed on 10 January and still showing as 'processing' when I log in to the account I created. So not only has it not arrived, it has not even been looked at some 9 working days later. Not impressed and have requested a refund, as these are items I need. No email updates have been sent either.
Vichy 48hrs deodorant
Ordered before Christmas, waited for a week for someone to say anything about my order, they did not. I sent them an email to check that all is ok, they said that they start delivering after a certain date and if I cannot wait they will refund. I said no is fine I can wait but two days later they refunded. I asked why as I did not want the refund they gave me a big lie about the supplier telling them that the item will be out of stock for a long period of time. I went on their website and the product is still available to order but on a higher price. Shame on you peeps!!!
Ordered item but did not receive it
Ordered and paid for mascara on the 18th December. The money was taken from my account straightaway.
Heard nothing from this company so emailed in between Christmas and New Year for an update on the order. Was told they couldn’t check stock until Jan 3rd.
Jan 4th have a very short unapologetic email saying the item was out of stock. Various other unhelpful communications with customer services took place afterwards.
So if you want to actually receive an item listed in stock on the website rather than letting a company sit with your money for more than 3 weeks, this may not be the website for you to use.
