its a great product, they have a policy to only take feedback they like, and it's got terrible documentation

and the lead developer is more likely to arguy with you on the fourm about your english then talk about your issue

we have been using this crm for last 3 months. mostly good expirience, if you have service business this is your solid 4 choice. great option on its money

Great application. We are a small web design agency and use it to manage several of our projects and organize lead data. Our sales team managed to automate lead capture from our webiste with its help. Project Management tools are also helpful. Great CRM. Customization opportunities galore. Development team consists mostly of one man who does a great job communicating the changes and helping with customers on the espo crm forum. There are some disadvantages to using the crm over some more mainstream ones. The main disadvantage is the integration features from other clients but the API system is getting improved daily. This crm is my go to choice for any crm requirement.

Fast, rock-solid, easily customisable (custom entities/fields/layouts). Straight-forward API for integration. Have used for several years with no problems. A hidden gem in the CRM world.

Le logiciel opensource attire une toute petite structure d'artistes comme nous en association, mais nous ne pourrons jamais faire évoluer notre logiciel vers les extensions payantes dont le prix est absolument hors d'atteinte .. c'est frustrant et bloquant : nous sommes en phase de test de nombreux CRM, EspoCRM nous plait par nombreux aspects, mais l'opensource se montre limité, quand d'autres offrent les pleins pouvoirs (comme civicrm ou d'autres)

Could we translate, in the user mode, to participate to the localization quickly?

Il semble que les développeurs/ingénieurs de CRM développent des nouveautés et les soumettent aux commentaires des utilisateurs, mais je ne vois jamais de développements basés sur une concertation a priori.
C'est dommage, ça serait utile, et ça augmenterait surement l'ergonomie des interfaces opensources.

Am Anfang muss man sich einarbeiten, aber mit jeder neuen Anpassung freuen wir uns, dass wir das System so an unsere Abläufe anpassen können und nicht umgegehrt.

This is the best and most flexible solution with nothing extra. I recommend. The disadvantage is the high cost of additional packages.

EspoCRM is a great self-hosted CRM that can be as simple as needed and scalable to serve large corporations of any size. Highly recommended and very cost-effective alternative to so many over-priced CRM solutions like Salesforce.
