Half way into eating the pizza, i found hairs, this is disturbing and disgusting and honestly i had a child eating im not happy at all

Food is awful prepared and horrible
Food is awful prepared horribly and have been overcharged more than once and gotten the wrong order or the straight up cheep out on it like if you get a mixed kabab it’s just a normal kabab with a chicken nugget in it awful food couldn’t even eat the burger for how awfully made it was

Horrible customer service and service…
Horrible customer service and service in general. Ordered online and it didn’t go through so I rang after an hour and placed the order over the phone, grand.
Got a phone call regarding the delivery and he was at the end of the road with the wrong order yet the correct receipt. Ran back with the food to realise it was the wrong food. Eskimo said the drivers on the way. Called Eskimo again, apparently the initial receipt wasn’t theirs, even though Eskimo Pizza was the only place we called. So paid twice for what we ordered, and in actual fact what we received would be fed to my dog. Never again.

Absolutely terrible from Eskimo in Ballybofey
Absolutely terrible from Eskimo in Ballybofey.
€7 for a taco chip and the portion was tiny in a small box. The chips were extremely undercooked and rock hard.
I had to bin it.
Very disappointing.
Never again.

Extremely helpful
Delivered our food to the wrong address then doubled the order and sent it to us absolutely amazing service they were extremely helpful on the phone. Amazing service, amazing food 10/10 would recommend. 💯

Absolutely everything is massively overpriced.Stay away there. Our first order was the last. We go back to our previous takeaways in Dunmanway and Skibbereen

This store does not understand its own menu, nor does it grasp the company's Customer Service Philosophy.
If the menu says an item is served with chips, homemade sauces, and fresh salad, it means that those things come automatically with the item. There is no need for the customer to specify they want chips and salad with the meal. It certainly does not mean that the store should expect, and ask for, the customer to pay extra to get the things that their item is served with. And to tell the customer the menu displayed on the website is outdated is an abandonment of responsibility. The customer accepted the offer on the website and ordered accordingly. The restaurant must fulfill that offer. To do otherwise, as this restaurant has done, is, in the writer's opinion, fraud, as well as ignorant and rude. To add to the frustration, attempts to contact Eskimo Pizza's Customer Service Team were met with silence. I will certainly not do business with Eskimo Pizza again.
UPDATED 12-SEP-2025: Eskimo Pizza replied about a month after my review. I emailed them as they requested and waited over 1 business week to hear back from them. There was no reply. As before, it is utter silence from the so-called "experienced" Customer Service Team. I stand by my original statement that Eskimo Pizza is neither reliable nor trustworthy.

I ordered through Uber eats
I ordered through Uber eats. The first two times I called when it was late, they said my order was on my way and 3-5 minutes tops. The third time I called, they said they didn’t have an order under my name and do nothing to try and fix it. I sat outside at 2:00 in the morning for 40 minutes waiting on an order that never showed up. Horrible service.
