I purchased a Hikvision camera kit and I’m very pleased with both the product and the customer service. The package arrived in perfect condition, and the entire kit was securely packed. Lewis reached out to me about Ertech and we had a good conversation about what I do and need as an installer. He wasn't pushy at all which I respect, when the time came where I wanted to buy cctv for a job, Lewis sent me over quotes with multiple options and great explanations into each one.
Turned up to the job and i had been given the wrong bases for the cameras, when i let Ertech know about this all they could offer me was a "discount" on my next order, rather than fixing the issue with my current order. Why would i order again from a company that couldnt resolve the issue with the current order? Im not sure. Had to go back to the same job and drill holes into each base to fix the issue myself.
Went on to let Lewis know we were having playback issues which he raised with support, took a while for some action but eventually Jimmy did jump on a call and went out of his way to resolve the issue, keeping me and my client up to date throughout the troubleshooting process. In the end all was resolved and I have a happy client with a working security system.

Thanks for all your time and effort. That’s why i drive over an hour to deal with you.

I do not normally write reviews but I need to thank Jimmy at Ertech who has given great service in supplying new hardware overnight and being on hand on help setting the system up for somebody who is not that IT savy.

Always a great price and customer service. I have ordered many items and 95% of the time, no issues. Had a wrong camera sent once and wasn’t very easy to get corrected. I just kept it and used elsewhere because it was easier than trying to send back. Ordering from Ireland adds A Post but Ertech eases the pain with VAT and Customs. Will definitely order again.
