ERS is an excellent business - truly faultless! They go the extra mile to help, and then some... I have worked in the tech space for a few years, and have never come across a vendor that comes close to having the integrity of ERS Ltd. They are truly exceptional.

Wild As The Wind is a natural cosmetic and essential oil business with very specific requirements. Essential oils destroy most labels on contact! Ben sent me pre-printed labels, that were mock-ups of the professional labels we were already using, on different types of print stock. I used them like crash test dummies, doing my level best to decimate them with countless essential oils, and plenty of elbow grease. They were indestructible. I was over the moon!

The process was so easy and seamless that the conclusion to my research arrived a lot faster than anticipated. I had all my answers, but wasn't ready to commit. Wild As The Wind Essential Oils was on the move to Somerset, from Devon, and the last thing I needed was to acquire new equipment, only to ship it on.

Not once did I feel an iota of pressure to buy the equipment, despite the convoluted process involved in determining the correct solution, and the time investment on the part of ERS. Ben simply wished me well with the move and said he'd be there for me once I'd established the business in its new home. And, of course, he was!

I purchased the brilliant Epson Colorworks C4000 printer, Bartender software, and a lovely big box of print stock a few months later.

The journey wasn't over, by a long chalk... booting up the hardware and software, generating the designs in Bartender, and then getting them to print reliably, in the way that we needed them, were all demands that presented us with a plethora of issues. Thankfully, the bountiful skill set of ERS made up for the pitiful dearth of skills at our end!

Jeremy, the ERS software expert, with the patience of Saints, painstakingly guided us from one step to the next, resolving one issue after another... after another... after another... It was seemingly endless!

But, finally, one day, we put all of our new-found knowledge together, and the new Wild As The Wind labels were born! They are beautiful!

FANTASTIC SERVICE

After being let down by a previous supplier l called ERS at 15:50pm in desperate need for this printer and they delivered it to us the following day and even arrived in the morning!!!. Def recomend to use this company and will continue to use them for the toners etc.

Darius is very supportive and knowledgable, he guided me towards the right product which fulfils my requirement and processed the order quickly.
