I’ve looked into your order and saw it was placed right at our 16:30 delivery cut-off time. My colleague mentioned when the order was placed that it was a 50/50 chance whether we could get it out the same day, but unfortunately, we couldn’t pick, pack, and dispatch it in time for the courier’s collection.
We’re glad we could quickly process the refund for the missed delivery and really appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything else we can help with, just let us know!

However, the parts came from Germany vis UPS who then took over 8 days to deliver.

We are sorry for the delay in the delivery to you, we do host a lot of stock in our EU warehouse to support EU customers, and this item was only available to ship from Germany. Ultimately, we were let down by our UPS service in this instance.
