Complete order visibility and great customer experience!
I have been working with ERS Online as a supplier for many years.. but I recently had the experience of seeing it from a customer's perspective! Steve Gibbons in the ERS team kindly helped in sending some equipment for my attention and the speed of which I received the initial confirmation to despatch notice was rapid. I then received further emails updating me of the progress including a text from DPD to prep me for the delivery. I have not experienced such a transparent service from order processing to delivery, right the way to final email and POD confirmation. Incredibly sophisticated and integrated system that is clearly designed to provide complete visibility and the greatest customer service. Having seen it from this perspective, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ERS to anyone in the market for Retail, Hospitality or Supply Chain technologies. Thanks again Steve for all your help! 5*

Thank you for your taking the time to leave your review. We are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
As discussed in our email conversation earlier today, as your order was placed on a Sunday on a next working day delivery, the order should have arrived with you on the Tuesday. Regrettably, UPS experienced a transfer delay between two of their depots causing the delivery to be pushed back to the Wednesday.
As mentioned, we will of course be happy to refund the carriage that you paid on the order as the service selected was not met. As you are returning the item, we will action the refund for the product and the carriage together once we have received it back.
If you have any questions regarding the return or anything else at all, please do let me know.
