Really good study environment. Very good tutors explain everything clearly Large & clean practical work shop.

I was sold this course after being told it had an emphasis on "providing real-world practical knowledge and skills", and that practical training would give me the "skills and experience you need to work competently and safely" in the market. ERR themselves state the their job is to "give you the hands-on knowledge and skills for the career you have chosen", and yet the course couldn't be farther from this.
After working through hundreds of pages worth of poorly-written, illogically-structured, and badly-laid out textbook, completing the TMA's required, and spending hours using the online 'interactive' learning resource and watching the video lectures, I am still a long distance away from attending any sort of practical course.
What's billed in promotional material is a practically focussed course comprising of a digestible "5 Sections" is actually a slog of learning through subpar material. You will see these sections broken down into bullet points that hide the true scale of the information you're expected to learn through sitting and reading (not helpful when you're a experiential learner such as myself) and interspersed with Practical "Weekends" designed to clearly imply all of such material can completed in the week in-between.
This course is not fit for purpose, and differs significantly to how it was sold. This company will make you feel special, take your money, and then refuse to engage with you realise the truth of their course.
As for my own experience directly, I was told that the 14-day cancellation period should have been enough to know that the course wasn't as practical-focussed as they made out.
DO NOT TRUST ERR.

I am disappointed that all I was told about the NVQ 2 city and guild duration is not true. I was deceived into enrolling for the course and am not sure of getting extended visa to remain in this country to complete the certification

The Instructer's at ERR are very gentle and patience .
They wants everyone to pass their exams ,and therefore patiently takes time to teach and explain to their pupils . Thanks to them.

The training centres and tutors there are good, but overall management and organisations not so much 😑

I gained a lot of practical electrical knowledge and experience from my in centre trained. I feel confident of myself.

The training provided is really good and the teachers are great. Its about what you put into it.
However the admin and the amount of waiting to move to the next step is rediculous. Currently waiting 6months from finishing gas training to the ACS Assessment and it's pretty much 'tough'. It just isn't good enough for the money you pay and time you invest it let's the training down massively. Not enough teachers and then forced really to drive 3 and half hours to the next centre. Lastly they stop giving you any expenses as well even if you paid for the extension. Like I said training and teachers are great it's everything else around it that let's it down. Disappointing.

The information I received from Engineering Real Results was detailed and comprehensive, covering every aspect of welding. The tutors were friendly and patient, taking their time to teach each welding technique thoroughly. I learned a lot because they explained everything step by step, making it much easier for me to understand

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I’ve been misled into signing documents for this course. It was sold to me as a course that you could do in your free time and promised you to be fully qualified within 2 years. It’s now been over 6 months of payments and I haven’t been enjoying the set up whatsoever. There’s been a lot of false promises in this course and due to these factors I wanted to cancel it. I’ve contacted the finance company connected to ERR and they’re telling me I can’t cancel because I’ve signed a contract that I’ve had no knowledge of signing. Now I’m stuck in debt because I’ve been missold and manipulated into getting this course. Stay far away at all costs

Tutors are very knowledgeable and are always ready to point students in the right direction.
