I have completed my 2365 with ERR and happy with the process. I attended the featherstone centre where Mark and Shaun were at hand to deliver the course in a perfect way. great Teachers, not just friendly but very technical and practical. Teachers are great. With ERR you have to patient for your time to come when you start the practicals. currently i am awaiting to start the NVQ, which they say takes 6-8 weeks. I think this is down to their administration. I think the administration can do better.

My experience was simply awesome.

ERR is doing well in arranging funds installments, study materials, and practical classes.

I start very low but the explanation and the professional thing me know that I will be a good electrician

What I like is that the fact all the theory is in the books, so I could just revise anything I don't understand from the books whenever, all the centre tutors are well experienced and knowledgeable so they help me a lot during my times at the centre, some things I dislike is that the fact I have to wait 3, 4 and sometimes 5 month to attend my practical weeks at the centre, by then I already forget what I studied and have to revise again towards the week. So there is an improvement in that area, another problem is not enough practical sessions, the electrician field needs a lot of on hand work, but I did the minimum practicals, so I don't feel like I'm ready to go out and start my journey. So Much More practicals would've been great.

The course is laid simple and swag to understand, also the tutors are always there to help.

Great communication, any queries responded to quickly. Training information very good all topics covered in depth with the use of literature and videos. In centre staff very knowledgeable and provide plenty of support. Training facilities more than adequate, all tools and equipment supplied.

Scam company. You are sold a dream by the course advisor saying there are limited spaces available on the course however it is fairly obvious now that it is a complete lie. From then on you are informed on the work to be completed with X amount of modules to complete. You are also told you can speed up the course by completing each module quickly. Each module taking almost a week to be marked which really slows things down as you cannot progress on the course until they have marked it. There is also a complete lack of communication from anyone in the training centre/offices. You are promised to go to the training centre every 3 months however from my own experience and a lot of other people on these reviews, that was another a false promise. I haven’t been doing the course recently due to me being on another one that runs in a useful and professional way. Since I stopped doing the course a few months ago, the lack of communication has come into play and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. Not a single call or email asking why I haven’t been completing any modules. After going through the reviews, they have said they want the best for their students and will try their hardest to assist. This simply proves it’s a company full of lies. The finance company they work with are just as bad. After a quick phone call with Caledonian finance, they told me I can cancel the course which would then cancel the finance without a settlement fee, I would have to go through the company instead, Which I tried and they simply shut it down straight away. To summarise, this company is a complete waste of time and has no interest in anything but the money.

Avoid at all costs! The salesman sugarcoats everything makes it seem like its worth it but then ties you down to a contract which will rip u off! £180 a month for two years! Please go to college instead for your own sake theres a reason these guys have a contract and not a cancel any time course because after a month or two when you realise its bullsh*t you still have to pay.

Do not trust this company with your money. They will rip you off with a contract you cant get out of and hard sell you a course that is impossible to complete. Could not give zero stars.

Great tutor in Mike, very helpful and makes you feel welcome. Was a little worried before attending week 1, not sure on what to expect but after day 1 was very comfortable and alot more confident with my plumbing course, can't thank him enough.

I wasn’t sure what to expect on the first day, but the staff and trainers are welcoming, very experienced and knowledgeable, the training centre was well set up, and had everything you need, overall a very good experience.

I, experienced to be myself as an a Electrician the environment is rough and exhausting , i tried to focus on my course and my Exam , the ERR company is brilliant and so helpful with the course i take . the tutor's are brilliant and professional . before the course i was somewhere in nowhere new i new iam in special location it means i believe with hard work and focus with my couers studies i will establish . i thank's all the tutor's they are absolutely fab with the hard work they are doing 100%

All good it's all about how much we put effort to pass exams. I am currently working as Electrical engineer. Working on FCU. AHU, UPS, and small installation. Plant room check, emergency light change, nursing vall bells. 3 phase Motors and controls. This is not my first qualification. I have alredy qualified electrician from deferent country. But this is an opportunity to learn BS regulations.
