Brilliant staff in Telford. Took us through lots of options for rings and made us feel really special. Janine helped us find the perfect ring and the male assistant (didn't catch his name) really explained the insurance well. They made engagement ring shopping trully special and magical!! We will return for our wedding rings!!

A big thank you to Simon at the Telford store in helping me choose a ring to celebrate my long service from my employer. Simon listened to what I wanted, he also was patient while I talked about my late father who was himself in the trade and helped me rule rings in and out. There was no pressure and no rush. Thank you so much, my ring is beautiful.

We went into the Telford store looking to have a bespoke wedding band made. Megan sat down with us, was super friendly and thorough. Showing me multiple ring options and explaining all details. We came away with a ring being ordered/made for us and we couldn’t be happier!

I had my engagement ring resized and replated at Ernest Jones Telford store and the staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was served by a gentleman and I was extremely pleased when I picked my ring up because it looked like new. Excellent service from dropping the ring off to picking it up .

Staff were so responsive and helpful and very determined. They put the most effort into helping me find the perfect bracelet for my boyfriend and were extremely kind.

Purchased 2 wedding rings in June, excellent service by Simon, no pushy sales, good advice on different types of rings especially for extra large size. Took one back today for re sizing - no problem - again good customer service by Simon.

Went to the Telford store yesterday and myself and my husband were greeted by 2 lovely ladies Alison and Gemma. We were looking to get our wedding rings resized. Married 25 years and we need them back for our anniversary's party. Well, Alison and Gemma couldn’t do enough for us. We felt listened to, they spent a lot of time making sure the rings would be the correct size for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Both lovely, kind and professional. Not rude like another jewellers we went in previously. Credit to the store, both of them. Look forward to getting our rings back. Fantastic service by both.

Had a great experience with all of the staff at the Telford store.

Bought an engagement ring for a proposal this year and we had to get it exchanged a few times, each time moving down a size to make sure the fit was just right.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of them and Simon had to call around to get a store that had the ring and cut that we were after for the final ring.

Great team, great experience.

My partner and I had looked around at several jewellery shops to come away more confused than before, but we went into Ernest Jones Telford to be served by Alison who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

After wearing my engagement ring for 6 months, a side stone had fallen out which I was extremely unhappy about. After complaining to customer service, this still resulted in me paying £100 to get it fixed, whilst also being without my ring for a few months. Once the ring had been returned, another side stone had fallen out within 2 weeks of having it back. Another complaint to customer service and we were offered to exchange the ring at the telford store. Simon was so professional, understanding of my feelings and literally went above and beyond to help me find another ring that I have faith will be better quality than the last one. He took a lot of time to talk through the options that were close to what I was looking for, listened to our story, took interest in our wedding and felt more like a friend than a shop worker. I cannot thank Simon and his team enough for how helpful they have been, I was extremely tedious about exchanging my ring and felt awful about the whole experience prior to this day. The ring I had chosen wasn’t in stock in my size, Simon has ordered it in for me and will be with me shortly. I will 100% be returning to this store and will be recommending Simon and the team to everyone I know due to their amazing customer service.

I recently went to Telford to get a ring resized which I previously brought from another branch, I rang a week before to ask a question and spoke to a lady called Allison, she came across rude and abrupt, I then meet Allison a week later in person and it was the same, I felt she came across rude, abrupt and made us feel like an inconvenience, her co-workers were great, very satisfied with the customer service we received from her co workers but very unhappy with Allison, wouldn't like to deal with her again.

Alison, the supervisor, was very helpful and kind. My husband bought my engagement ring here and we bought our wedding rings here as well. We absolutely love their products and their customer service is good.

Excellent customer service.The store was quite busy but I didn't have to wait long.
I was purchasing something for a gift so the person serving me put it in an attractive bag which was appreciated.
Happy with my purchase as it was exactly what I was looking for and no other jeweller stocked this product.
