Bought a Tudor watch from the Lincoln branch(28/02/25) Throughout the experience Scott was amazing from the 1st initial phone call and keeping me updated to meeting him in store his professionalism and knowledge were second to none guiding me through the process.Scott is an asset to the company .Thank you Scott.Would highly recommend using this store if buying a watch and ask for Scott so as you get the best possible experience.

No matter what the time of day you visit the shop your always greeted by a happy helpful member of staff...Not to pushy and they give you the time to decide what your looking for and what is available.My husband always shops there and buys some very nice pieces of jewellery.

Very good experience dealing with Scott at the Lincoln store. He was very helpful and professional throughout the process of purchasing an engagement ring. I had a few sizing concerns and after a detailed discussion about all of the after care options I felt happy enough to make the purchase.

My husband bought me a beautiful diamond eternity ring in March 25 for my birthday and our 36th wedding anniversary. I am 56 years old, an office administrator and lead a very un-adventurous life which couldn’t cause damage. Just 6 weeks later one of the main diamonds I noticed was missing. I immediately returned to the shop to be told it would need to be assessed and today have been told it is damage caused by me and it will cost me almost £500 to repair the ring as I didn’t bother taking out insurance. I am certain I have done nothing to cause a broken claw and such loss / damage and naively thought after just 6 weeks it would be covered by manufacturers warranty. Now I understand why the rings are marked as 50% reduction. I am having the ring returned to me and will seek an independent assessment on the integrity of the ring. Very disappointed in the standard of the jewellery from what I believed to be a reputable company and being made to feel like a naughty child for causing the damage (which I absolutely dispute). I have now seen an identical issue (review) with the exact same ring. It cannot be a coincidence.

We recently visited Ernest Jones in Lincoln for our wedding rings and could not recommend them enough!!! Beau was excellent, so patient and happy to answer all of our questions, we came away with our beautiful wedding rings and couldn't be happier!

Lincoln staff were amazingly helpful and patient when we were choosing a Boss watch for my husband yesterday and credit to them. Subsequently, customer service were particularly friendly and efficient at sorting out a pricing query that I raised and I would not hesitate to shop there again.

I recently had my wedding ring cut off due to arthritis. The staff at the Lincoln store carried this out and were very helpful and suggested a rejoin and a resize for my eternity ring too. I have received both rings back and they look like new. Absolutely delighted!

Shocking. Wife got earnings here. Faulty. Trying for weeks to get refund. Shop says call customer service. Customer service says call shop. She now has no earnings and no money. Avoid. Poor product and even worse customer service

Having shopped with Ernest Jones for over 40 years, our shop experience and impression of staff has not changed. Scott (Lincoln branch today 26.07.24) was extremely helpful. His knowledge and professional manner were exemplary. Our first purchase at 18 years of age was an engagement ring, followed by a wedding and then eternity ring. Many other items have been bought since then. Today, we bought a wedding and engagement ring to replace the rings that had become too small.

I ordered my engagement ring from Ernest Jones, the delivery company delivered this to the wrong address, I contacted Ernest Jones, they were amazing, they said they would contact the delivery company to try and retrieve this item, if it could not be retrieved, they would send a replacement
The customer service was fantastic and they were sincerely apologetic even though they'd not made the delivery mistake
I would definitely order again from them and highly recommend them to anyone

I went into Ernest Jones, Lincoln, last week to buy a necklace for my wife. I wasn’t looking forward to navigating the unfamiliar world of jewellery and struggling with my hearing disability. I needn’t have worried because Olena was there to look after me. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, carefully answering my questions and making polite and helpful suggestions. I am delighted with my purchase. Kudos to Olena and Ernest Jones. Thank you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received regarding having my wedding ring resized. Firstly my ring was sent away but came back at least two sizes too large (their measurement had been in accurate) . Away the ring went for resizing for a second time only to disappear into the abyss! Over a month later I am still to get it back. Despite several visits and calls to the Lincoln store I am no closer to knowing when it will be returned to me. I am beginning to worry that they have actually lost it. It's been a really negative experience and I would not entrust them with something so precious again.

Have to thank Scott Gibson from ernest Jones for his help in getting an extra watch strap I had ordered to my home address earlier than expected, I was looking at a wait of several months but I was contacted by Scott on Thursday and strap and clasp arrived by courier Saturday morning, in my opinion that’s fantastic customer service.
I Would absolutely recommend earnest jones Lincoln and Scott Gibson with out hesitation, I enjoyed the experience some much I will be purchasing another expensive high end watch from them in the near future.

Took a Seiko watch in to Lincoln Branch as I had stopped working. Staff were extremely helpful and kept me informed all the time. Picked the watch up Friday 11th August all working perfectly. Pleasant surprise as I had a refund as the cost of work was below the estimate. Would recommend Ernest Jones to anybody.

Had to have my wedding ring cut off last week as it was cutting into my finger. The man who did it was really lovely and reassuring. Explained the process fully and was sympathetic and helpful. No charge either for this service which was an added bonus. Will definitely be going back to either get the ring repaired or purchase a new one once my finger has settled down.

I have just been into Ernest Jones in Lincoln and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Charlotte was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. This is the second ring I have purchased from them. Highly recommended.

After checking out the website, myself and my husband have visited the Lincoln store on 4 occasions in total regarding purchasing an Eternity ring. Each time we have been served by Charlotte, who has been very knowledgeable, friendly and suggested different ideas. Ernest Jones did not stock the design of ring that I had in my mind, and Charlotte suggested we use their design service. A silicone replica of the ring was produced initially to ensure I was happy before the actual ring was made. Very delighted with the ring and the excellent service we received.
