went in to ask about getting a cheap watch strap adjusted (not cermaic) was told by store can but its £20

Utter madness for minutes work - especially given staff were just chatting away - this should cost max £10 staff in the hereford store clearly didnt want to do the job

Called in today for a second time after an initial visit 3 weeks ago to have a look at wedding rings, wanted to scope out choices, prices and style. We’d been to a few local jewellery to check out rings, price, design, availability.. one shop quoted us £875 just before and another £740 for exactly the same time !! research really does save you a fortune and I’m not afraid to be proud of being responsible!

Given a lot of information and a portal we could log onto which was very helpful but we gave it time to choose what we perfectly wanted. No one pushed anything and we’re really helpful.

Second visit today after discussion and decisions made. I’d always purchased my ring as it wasn’t ‘traditional’ but my fiancé with his work as builder contractor company owner and working in the fire service the right had to be 100% suitable for his every day wear. Money wasn’t a concern and he made he choice and we are absolutely delighted, delivery in two weeks to our home address and we had 20% off with Blue Light Card. We had added care plan for £34 for 2 years for damage etx which was a huge bonus. Walked out of there so happy. The staff need updated equipment as we felt sorry for them battling with a job functioning system by Helen was a trooper and sted fast and we got there in the end. Thank you for all your wondering help today. We are delighted. If you ever need a natural talent to work in the store to pick out ring sizes let me know :) the literal only reason this doesn’t have a 5 star review is in support of the staff who battled for ages with non functional tablets and faulty tills and Wi-Fi which caused unnecessary stress in thr sales process, some people may have well walked off and left early. Completely not the staffs faulty but companies need ti proved their hair stress staff shops with the correct infrastructure to manage their brand effectively and efficiently .. more sales pending.. simple easy !!

I was absolutely thrilled to find my ring in your Hereford shop where the service was excellent. Helen and her team were extremely helpful particularly a new girl in the shop ( sorry I can’t remember her name) who actually sold me the ring. She will be credit to your business. Frances Ducas

My partner and I recently purchased our wedding rings from Ernest Jones, Hereford branch.
Tegan (& other members of staff on shift) were fantastic during the whole process. Tegan helped us to choose our rings and guided us on what metal would suit our lifestyle best. We ran into a few technical problems during buying and Tegan was so helpful and pro-active in getting the situation resolved that it was no problem whatsoever. All of the customer service we received was amazing and everyone in store was so friendly and welcoming. We love our rings and can’t wait to get married and wear them! Thank you!

Went into Ernest Jones and picked out our engagement rings. James the sales assistant was patient kind and attentive to our needs. Needless to say I have a beautiful ring that suits my hand and my partner has a beautiful cobalt diamond studded ring too! So impressed with the service I asked if I could look at silver bracelets and purchased a lovely number that goes with my beautiful ring! A memory time for both us and this was due to the fab service from a wonderful guy! Thank you so much !!!!! Xx

There was a problem excepting the insurance card, however the sales assistant couldn't have been more help. She was excellent the till system let it down.
