Great service.

We went into Ernest Jones to purchase our wedding rings. From the moment we met Tilly she was friendly, professional and helpful. Tilly listened to what we wanted and the whole experience was wonderful especially for such a special purchase. We would highly recommend visiting this store.

We went into the Hanley branch to make a very important purchase and Tilly was wonderfully helpful and understood immediately what we were looking for and ensured she answered all of our questions accurately, offering suggestions as appropriate. Thank you Tilly you are such an asset to the organisation.

Bought watch, which was only available from the manufacturer, ordered and price matched, so a real bargain.
Watch due early June 2025, arrived early May, 2 weeks after ordering, so full marks.
Service faultless, price ultra competitive, staff attentive and helpful, simply 10/10.

I was gifted a bracelet which was very delicate and I hardly wore it. It snapped on the third time I wore it. I felt really anxious about going in hoping to exchange it for something else after reading some reviews on here about things being sent off for repair and bad after service in general. The ladies in the Hanley branch were very welcoming and very understanding about what had happened and offered an exchange.
I immediately felt at ease and we looked for an alternative which I took home.
Thank you so much. You have made my day. I will return to this store and recommend this branch to friends and family.

And recently went in for some advice on purchasing a special gift for my partner.

I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady named Alma who was very patient and helpful.
I was very grateful for her advice in helping me make the right choice.

I took my watch in with a broken strap and was seen straight away, repaired in minutes and dealt with by the manager who was really friendly and accommodating. All with no charge.

Our assistant was Georgia who was always very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us ! Georgia made us feel very welcome and helped us make our purchase .

I just want to say how grateful I am to Jane the store manager for her outstanding customer service. On returning a faulty watch of my daughters that we purchased for a special occasion Jane went out of her way to get a replacement for us . She is so kind and friendly and we really appreciate how helpful she was . We would definitely recommend this store and its staff.

Absolute 5 star customer service in the Hanley branch Stoke on Trent . Both Jane and Adam were so helpful and kind nothing was too much trouble they sorted my issue with my ring in a timely manner thank you so much guys for your help .

I called in to this store today to try and change my rings that i got at another branch .
The lady who helped me was the manager Jane 👏 she could not do enough for me what an absolute credit to your company she is .

I bought an Engagement ring from the Ernest Jones Hanley branch back at the end of July. After proposing on the 30th September my fiancé said the ring was slightly too big, so this was sent off for resizing at no extra cost. We then encountered a couple of issues once it was returned, with a stone falling out of the outer ring and the main amethyst stone being slightly loose. After emailing the store, Adam, one of the managers, came back straight away apologising and said he would organise for a replacement to be sorted ASAP. True to his word this was arranged and all sorted within a week.

I’ve given 4 stars based on the issues we’ve had with the ring, but Adam certainly deserves a 5 star rating!

Recently purchased a pair of earrings from the Hanley store and had a great experience. A store assistant greeted me on arrival and made some recommendations based on the type of earring I was looking for. She was helpful and knowledgeable. I left with exactly what I was looking for.
