It took over 8 days to receive a simple order of tack cleaner and shampoo. I thought I had been scammed. Then "luckily"! it did arrive, but it was not what I had ordered.

Scam of a company, keep well away,no contact numbers,no customer services

Still waiting for item ordered on 28th Dec. No reply to my email asking when I can expect delivery. They don’t answer the phone, so not sure how I am supposed to communicate with them. Very poor

I have ordered several times before without any problems...just a little slow on delivery.
I ordered nearly £500 of horse supplements on 12th December.....only 3 out 4 packages arrived on the 20th December.
I emailed to say I was missing part of my order and they replied that the courier had only scanned 3 of the 4 packages sent to me and they would contact the courier.
I tried phoning Equisupermarket but no one ever answers the phone.
They emailed me yesterday to ask me to download a form, fill it in and return it to the courier.
It is 36 days since I paid for my order.
I should not be chasing the courier they made the arrangements with.
Their customer service is terrible.
They need to sort their customer service out and use a different courier company.
I will ordering from a different company in the future.
I'm very disappointed 😞

I have ordered from equisupermarket a few times before and always found delivery slow so was not too worried when my order had not turned up a week later. Over 3 weeks later still no order, and i have run out of what I ordered due to waiting for it. There is no phone number to contact only an email address which they do not reply to. Will be requesting a refund through PayPal and not using again.

Ordered from them 17th November for a Xmas present, it says dispatched but still not received. I have emailed and no response, tried ringing but no answer. This is an awful company, will try and get money back through credit card but now I don't have a gift for my neice. Wish I'd read these reviews first, please please don't use this company.

A bit disorganised - they don’t update you. Eventually my haylage arrived yesterday with a very nice and helpful driver, but about 2 weeks later than expected and when I was worrying that the company might have problems. However haylage exactly as ordered and we do appreciate that the weather will have made for difficulties in delivery. Please just keep people informed and then they know what to expect!

Ordered an item 5 days ago. They phone today to say not in stock. Tracking details said it was picked and packaged for me! Now left with no time to get another item delivered before Christmas. They obviously knew 5 days ago that item was not in stock. Really annoyed they waited so long.

Still no item received after almost 2 weeks, supposedly dispatched a week ago but no tracking information provided. Have sent numerous emails and have had no response. Cannot find a telephone number.

Equi Supermarket raised the issue with the manufacturer, who eventually admitted it was their error and agreed to accept the rug back. Equi Supermarket would then send me the correct size on recepit of the original rug, which I'm told will be donated to charity. I have now received the rug in the correct size so have amended my review. It has taken time and determination to resolve this, but I'm pleased to have got the right result. Equi Supermarket were not to blame for the wrong size rug being in incorrect packaging, but due to the initial reluctance to refund or replace, and slow communication I have not given more stars. Hopefully they've learnt more about their rights with manufacturers now as well.

I ordered a rug in 6'3". Rug was delivered in it's packaging, also labelled 6'3". My horse is on grass livery and the yard owner put the rug on when my horse was a bit poorly. The label on the rug says 6'0, so the wrong size rug was in the correct size bag. The company won't refund or replace. They did offer me the correct size rug with £20 discount...how generous. They are now not responding to emails. I appreciate that my horse has worn the rug, but it's their fault the wrong size was in the packaging and not mine for not triple checking. I would not use them again

Ordered 10 days ago, nothing has arrived no response to e-mail, and I've checked - they have taken the money from my account. Most companies don't take money until order dispatched. Don't use this company!

I placed an order a week ago. I've sent 4 emails already but no reply.
I can't find a telephone number.
Its alarming. I have paid via paypal so will take it up with them but the lack of contact is really unnerving.

Bunch of scammers. Ordered item, wrong thing delivered (lower value than the item I’d ordered!) . No reply to phone calls or emails.

Would rate this company ZERO if I could.

A little slower than other places I’ve used for dispatch but I wasn’t in a rush… everything arrived well packaged and it was easily trackable with Yodel.
Nothing missing and all fabulous quality! Will be using Equisupermarket again!

Slow delivery over a week before dispatch, no replies to emails , no updates on dispatch. Packaging was rediculous and hard to open .

I was very worried when my order was three days late and I read a lot of bad reviews online. I proactively emailed equisupermarket about tracking of the order on yodel. It has been sorted the following day and the order also arrived the following day. The order was well packaged and all items in perfect condition. I still have a second order with the firm and hope I will have the same experience. I scored 4 stars because the order did arrive four days late and needed chasing.

Placed an order 22/10/22, no updates. Five days on and the website isn't working. No contact details can be found. No trace at all of my order! Scam company.

I am beyond upset, and having read the reviews I wish I had not parted with my hard earned cash! I have put in an order for over £500 last Monday and a week later (despite being promised by the end of last week) no feed for my horses. This is absolutely terrible service, I have emailed but to no avail!! My horses now have no food and as I am suffering with covid unable to go out. Angry do not use this company!!!!!!!
