VM Running Windows Server 2022
Purchased a VM on a 12 month contract, needed it to run an application 24/7 and I didn't want my home machine on all day and night.
Had good advice from Terrum in technical support before I decided to proceed with the purchase and also what type of configuration I would need for the software that I wanted to run. Very quick to reply and very helpful.
VM has been up and running for a couple of weeks now without any issues, any queries I have had Terrum has responded quickly and has given specific and precision advice as to what needs doing.
Performance and speed of the platform is excellent and Epichosts are great value for money, a similar configuration at AWS was going to be 3 times the price.
Can't fault them, excellent support, reliable products and speedy technical help delivered.
I highly recommend.

The customer service are just amazing
The customer service are just amazing! they respond very quickly, they help with whatever the customer needs help with. They also offer to change the proxy protocol if needed. Strongly recommended. I am so satisfied with this provider.

Update : Everything works now so therefore is my review also changed thanks for the great support i will indeed use you in the future for my hosting so i dont have the issues by hosting at home

There is not enough words that I can use to express how awesome my experience was with EpicHosts.
I ordered a VPS yesterday, it got delivered in less than 1 hour after payment was done.
The owner, was super helpful with me, and kept in touch after buying to assist me with anything that I needed.
Please, if you need hosting services, don't hesitate. I'm 100% sure that EpicHosts is able to provide anything that you need.

No issues through my month using this company, despite the low price you get the same service as other providers offering it for like triple the price. Have not needed to contact support yet so cant comment on that.

Don`t believe what you see on website!
Nah, not recommended a hosting service like this. You pay for something you receive lower specs. Tickets deleted by the administrator after I complain about my vps been offline 3 days. "14 day money back satisfaction guarantee" Its just a dream.

Hi Mr Prescornita, I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us was not a good one.
Please note that tickets are closed usually after they are resolved or not responded to after a while. Our monitors show that the VPS had a 99.91% uptime in the 8 days that you used the VPS, which is a downtime of a few hours - not 3 days as you claim.
I will also note that the VPS was having issues handling the software you put onto it due to ordering our lowest plan (1GB RAM) and expecting it to perform like a normal home computer. We suggested an upgrade but this was not responded to.
A PayPal case was also opened and a refund request was never formally made. The case was also escalated before we could act upon it. PayPal decided in our favour after we provided evidence that the product was delivered.
Should you want to contact us to resolve any concerns we will do our best to assist where we can.

Epichosts have gone all out to answer my questions and provide me the appropriate services for my requirements. I spent days pestering them and asking them to wait whilst I work with my team and finally starting today I got the services I need and I cannot commend them enough for going above and beyond to ensure I get the perfect service. I've used epichosts for the past 7-8 years and everytime Terrum is there to assist and always delivers. I've read some bad reviews and all in all I think people lack patience.
