Great service except for returns…
Company quick to process order and deliver. I ordered wrong size and request a return authorization. Sent product back next day with tracking number and I am still waiting 3 weeks later for my credit.
The final product that I did reorder was wonderful.

I still haven't received a product I ordered a month ago. It was backordered and the website gave no indication of that. According to the customer support rep I later spoke to, it should have shipped last week. I'm not holding my breath.

I needed a cleanout plug for my sewer line and it is not a standard size since it is older. This product should work very nicely.
