Great product!
Using many years, both serum and whitening toothpaste, at first recommended by my dentist, and I love it!
Drinking red wine and black coffee and I got no stains! Also it take care of my enamel so well!!!! I normally don’t bother with reviewers but this product you must have! And yet, you want your teeth to stay healthy and looking glam right? This products has it all ;)

Disappointing
Despite really lovely and helpful customer service from the company, unfortunately I can’t leave a more favourable review as the treatment simply didn’t work for me. I was given an additional 2 weeks of treatment to help my teeth whiten but they are still nowhere close to the shade advertised. I feel very disappointed that I have spent over £500 with very little to show for it. For context, my teeth were not badly stained to begin with and I was given no reason to believe that the treatment plan would not work for me. Though my teeth did appear a little whiter and brighter during and immediately after my treatment, they are now almost back to the shade I began with.

Early relapse usually is a sign of superficial bleaching which means that the teeth have not achieved the saturation point. This can be due to various reasons. Has your dentist assessed your shade and concluded that you have not reached B1 shade? If so, what was their suggested course of action?

Amazing product! I completed my enlighten treatment earlier this week and I just wanted to thank enlighten for my new smile! I always struggled with my teeth being too yellow and the other treatments I have had, gave me a lot of sensitivity, to the point where I had to stop the treatment, but not with enlighten. I had almost no sensitivity and worked within 3 weeks. Thank you enlighten!

Hi Tess, so sorry to hear that the product was not up to your expectations. The product that you purchased is our Enlighten White toothpaste which, as much as it is brilliant at removing extrinsic stains (on the outside of the tooth such as coffee or tea stains), it does not have the power to whiten the teeth from within. If you want to achieve up to 16 shades whiter teeth, you would have to use our professional whitening product: the Evo4 home kit. Hope this helps clarify the matter.

Love this product! It was recommended to me by my dental hygienist a number of years ago & I've been using it ever since. Brilliant product, game changer for my dental hygiene & lovely white teeth, without the nasty additives found in many high-street brands. And the company is lovely too, they are real people who help & guide you in your choice & with any problem along the way in ordering. Five stars from me :)

Enlighten customer service is always wonderful but recently i spoke to bibi over the phone and she helped me with a lab issue and also to place an order - absolutely delightful customer service on her end!!!
She was attentive, helpful, and charming - she called me back promptly several times to guide me through an issue we had with a scan and overall super pleased. 5* well deserved.

Just terrible
I am convinced private doctors will do anything including lie when it comes to selling you the most expensive treatments on the market. I had been considering whitening my teeth for a while and watched several videos where different doctors said enlighten was the best on the market. I went ahead and had consultations with 2 different dentists. 1 said to use boutique the other recommended enlighten which I eventually went for.
I was told there would be sensitivity but what I experienced was borderline nerve damage.
Not only did it not whiten my teeth but it left me with yellower teeth and extreme pain like I’ve never experienced to a point I had to abuse painkillers.
My dentist as well was terrible. I complained about the sensitivity and asked for something to help with it. All he said was to take a break and continue in 48hours. Lack of competence and patient care
Of course I could not continue and got no help from the dentist I started the treatment with.
I truly regret using enlighten. It left my teeth worse than I started and I will like a refund.

Most brilliant whitening product ever used. I have tried many whitening agents in the past but nothing has ever come close to the result I had with enlighten. The results are long lasting too. You only need to follow the instructions.
