The bracelet has good quality just that it seems a little big for my arm but still wearable.

It took quite a while to receive the goods however, the customer service is not responsive.

I have two mesh bracelets and a necklace from engelsinn and I love them. Shipping was quick, despite covid still very much being a thing. No discolouration and quite well made.

So I finally got a response over email, and the company sent out the item I originally purchased, and said I could keep the wrong item they sent. Although I still believe they should have made sure they got an ambassador's order correct, and that I should have got at least one reply on Instagram, they do seem like a fairly reliable company now.

I applied to be an ambassador for this brand, and it sounded really good. However, when my order arrived it was the wrong product. I ordered a necklace and a bracelet came. I've emailed, DM'd and commented on their Instagram posts, but no response. You'd think they would at least send an ambassador the correct product, when they're the ones who promote! Not a good look for the company! Don't bother buying

This is not even worth one star. The company is a scam and their products are of such bad quality. I ordered a necklace but I wasn’t sure to wear it nor putting it on my Instagram. It looked quit bad. After one time wearing the necklace got ugly stains which I couldn’t remove. I send the company several messages through Messenger, Insta and Facebook page asking how I could “clean” the necklace but no response up till today. The fact that I have to clean the necklace after one time says it all. Don’t fall for it, it will cost you money!!
