I cannot recommend. The site is poorly done, at least for a mobile user. Last Saturday I tried to deposit €50 via Trustly. The payment was successful and the money left my bank account, but it did not appear on the casino page. (Note here: I didn't have a user account created and deposited the money using Trustly 'Deposit and Play' option, which shouldn't require a creating an account as you log in with your online banking credentials.) I wondered what was happening, but rather than being smart and contacting support, I figured the site must have logged me out. So, being a logical person, I tried to deposit another €50 in my account. The same thing happened. The money left my bank account, but did not appear on the casino page. It was only at this point that I noticed that the casino page did not even offer the option to log in directly via my bank account, without making a deposit. Strange... since I can still deposit money without creating an account through Trustly?? I tried to create an account for myself, but at first I kept getting a message saying that I couldn't create multiple accounts. So I assumed I did have an account?? After that I contacted support. I never received a reply to my first contact. Frustrated by this, I tried to create a new account for myself. This time it worked without an error message. But to my great surprise, the account did not contain my money. I contacted support again. The second time I was answered, but the support person either did not understand my situation or did not want to help. She wanted to get my email and phone number so she could create an account for me. I gave them to her and was told that the issue had been resolved. Next I tried to log back into my account and to my great surprise I could no longer access my account as it was blocked. I contacted support again. Once again, I explained the whole situation all over again from the beginning. This time I received good service and a notification telling me that my account was open again and that the money had been transferred to my account. I logged in, but to my disappointment I found that the account balance only showed €50. Remember, I had deposited a total of €100. Once again I contacted support. I was instructed to send the receipts for the payments as pdf files to the site. I did this as instructed and the next day I received a message saying that everything was fine again. It was not. My account balance was still showing €50. I then contacted support again, after a long wait I was informed that they had not received more than 50 euros from me... They promised to sort it out and get back to me as soon as possible. Now I am waiting to see what happens next. I will give an update when this clears out.

They contacted me and said that the second transaction was not made on their site but on the N1 casino. I have never played at that casino. I don't know if Trustly is responsible for this. I will contact them. Anyway, my dealings with energycasino.com were very inconvenient. I cannot recommend this site.

The only thing that is a big disadvantage are withdrawals, you need to wait at least 28hours for your money to arrive in your e - wallet. So this means if you one day deposited 1000 Euro and you are playing and you hit a winner after you lost 500 of the 1000 and you tried to withdraw they will not pay you unless you wager another 500 from your own deposit!!! not from a bonus or even if you deposit that money and you think okay I don't wanna play anymore I will take my money back they WILL NOT PAY YOU!!!
