I’ve not stepped in a gym for 5-6 years…
I’ve not stepped in a gym for 5-6 years after having a bad experience at the last one. After having a few health issues recently I thought it was time to get myself fitter and healthier again. With the help of my friend and the amazing team of staff at energie I’ve never felt more comfortable at a gym, the staff are really helpful the classes are fab and I don’t feel intimidated when going in an shape or form at all. It’s a great place

Hi spec equipment
Great parking and easy to access.
Equipment ample and nicely spaced out.
Cleaned regularly by staff and anti bacterial wipes are easily accessible for members to wipe down equipment after use.
Staff friendly and always at hand to help.

I enjoy going to this gym
I enjoy going to this gym. The layout is great. The team are friendly and welcoming. Its clean and plenty of sanitizing and hydration stations.

One of the best gyms I’ve been to, everyone is so friendly and helpful and the staff is amazing. The classes are fun and pushes you! A 10/10! Even the equipments are too notches! I love it here

You get a lot for your monthly membership. Excellent 5* gym
Joined the gym recently and have been there 4 times this week. Really friendly staff, spotless gym with a variety of equipment for cardio and weights. Good locker rooms with big sized lockers, private individual shower cubicles with changing area. Easy to enter and exit with a fob rather then codes and the fob lets you sign into a cardio machine to save workouts etc etc. Go for the WOW membership and you can log into your Netflix account and watch while you use cardio machines :-)
Its open from 5AM to Midnight. Great gym for the price.

Great staff and clean gym environment
I signed up to energie very recently after having 2 years off the gym due to having my second child and lockdown. I was extremely nervous about going back into a gym, energie has restored my love, passion and motivation for exercising. The facilities are clean and tidy, staff are extremely helpful.

So glad I decided to join here
So glad I decided to join here. I’d sent a question via email and was called back the next day to discuss my options. I was so impressed even though I had signed up to another gym a couple of days before I went ahead and signed up to this one too. After one week I quickly scrapped the first gym! The staff are really warm, friendly and approachable. The gym is clean and easily laid out. A range of classes are available. I’m so happy that I made the decision to come here.

A lovely environment, the staff are friendly.
I think they could do with a seating area and equipment for ladies to use. Such as a easy machine.
