The gym is very well equipped with knowledge and helpful trainers. The people coming into the gym are friendly and overall vibe of the gym is very positive and motivating.

Apart from multiple set of equipments and free weights it has pro level dedicated workout areas and even massage chairs for that relaxing post workout sessions.

Only been a few times as I've not been able to get into a routine yet due to work and life stuff. However experience so far are very positive. Very friendly vibe and well equipment gym

Good gym and particularly enjoy the cycle classes.
Staff are generally great with some being friendly and some not giving a toss. Without being pretentious, I like it when someone says hello and goodbye and feel some of the instructors have their little cliques, so others get ignored. Not all though as I said some are great.

I been to many gyms as I work away from home. They have amazing new equipment it’s 24/7 dosnt get overly busy even at peak time. Shame I can’t come back here it really is a great little gym

okay maybe for any reason to view this mandate was that i went to be body health and increased my last weight from a previous best.

The club is in pristine condition and there is a massive range of equipment from strength training to cardio, even hydromassage beds for a wind down.

I only joined around 1 week ago and am very impressed with the facility and staff too.

The gym is 24hr and does have its busy period but is such a large space you will be able to find what you need.

Spacious and has lots of machine and weights to train with.

The gym is clean, and have a good range of Weights equipment the staff in the evenings are friendly

Clean gym and very lovely staff..it has all the equipment needed and lots of options for cardio. Clean changing rooms, showers and toilets too. Highly recommend this gym

Joining Energie fitness in Wokingham has literally changed my life. I joined the gym soon after the pandemic was over. Initially I attended the Learn to Lift sessions. These were a great introduction to proper form & use of gym equipment. I think what struck me most is how friendly the staff are. They make you feel comfortable and they are so approachable. The equipment is of high standard and the gym is constantly cleaned.
The 3 D scanner & hydro massage bed are a great addition.
If it’s a well/equipped, friendly, inclusive, spacious gym you’re after, then look no further.
