The variety of classes is limited
The variety of classes is limited.
There is a ‘sameness’ to the offering in terms of format and duration. Rotation of classes changes in the evening, but it’s hard to access the variety of classes offered during the early part of the day if you are working.
Class instructors are excellent and the energy of instructors is fantastic.

Energie Fitness stepaside. Great trainers, great Friendly staff. The place is spotless! The only issue is no water Fountain . That is all .

Love this gym
Love this gym! Loads of classes and equipment is great. Only downside is the opening hours at the weekend! Would love earlier and later hours.

Constructive Advise
1. Gym usually quite cold.
2. No dressing rooms is very odd. I do not shower here as I never can predict the availability of rooms at peak times. Surely a decent changing room is a minimum requirement for a gym?!?!?
Otherwise, really enjoying my experience with Energie. Equipment of a very high standard.

Basic gym
Basic but good gym, staff very nice. No accessible water (aside from the vending machine). I’ve never come across this in a gym before. Gym tends to be quite cold also

I love the gym
I love the gym. The only reason why I didn't give the 5 stars is because of the volume of the music during the classes. Its too loud in my opinion.
