Since February 2020 I try to cancel my…
Since February 2020 I try to cancel my registration to gym in Putney. The Gym’s personal told me that they cannot help me, but to email to those who email me that the registration was valid. I did it. They reply saying that they cannot help but they sent me an email to Mr Adam Margolin. I did it. He replied saying that my registration was cancelled but I have to log in a specific link, which doesn’t work. I contacted him several times with no result. The gym still take money from my account.
I really don’t know where to ask help to cancel my registration. If anyone reads this message an has an answer, kindly please reply.

Do exercise under pandemic circumstances
Under current circumstances I can say that the club team do everything possible. All equipment is clean, there are a lot of sanitary things, the mobile app helps to book a place before the visit and it is really comfortable to do exercise in my Putney club.

Great equipment
Great equipment, everything you need honestly. Fairly empty gym for the most part. Ive only ever had to wait a few times for a station. And never for long. Great price too

Definitely recommend!
Absolutely fantastic. My favourite gym I have been to so far. Staff and trainers are friendly, motivating and knowledgable.
Equipment is rarely unavailable, and there are alternatives if one is in use.
Definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately disappointed
Nice equipment but poor management, dirty equipment and massive staff turnover and incompetence. Staff have no clue when there are medical emergencies, ales staff harassing girls and nothing gets done about it.
