Just started back doing some excercise after 2 yrs off , retired now at 65 and I am enjoying my time in the Gym , friendly and has all the equipment I need , taking it slow but positive

Staff are excellent, but the gym is too busy. Theres not enough equipment to satisfy the amount of people using the gym so you either have to wait, or just not finish work outs. Had to change gyms... Leggi di più

Great gym, great vibe
I'm pretty new to this area, and was very fussy about which new gym I would join, but Energie Pontypridd met all of my standards and then some. The staff are super friendly and encouraging, and the gym has a really wonderful atmosphere. All the equipment looks great and is easy to use, and the changing rooms are generally pretty clean as well. There is a great range of people who use the gym, so nobody ever looks or feels out of place. As I'm a student, I almost chose the gym on campus, but I'm so glad I didn't as Energie has the exact vibe I wanted. I booked some PT sessions as well and have been really happy with the level of expertise and care I have received at my sessions so far.

Joining énergie Fitness has been super quick and easy. Staff at Pontypridd gym have been super friendly and supportive.. always a friendly welcome when arrive. And booking through the app is so quick and super easy to use. Has been great first few weeks :)

Gym for everyone
Such a lovely gym, the people who work there are so kind and helpful. There's really a community feel to it too. It's considerably less intimidating than any other gym I've been to and best of all, for anyone with sensitive ears, the music isn't too loud! I've been 3 times this week - next week I'll be going 4 times!

Booking privileges disabled
Because I’ve been called into work unexpectedly and have missed a few classes and cancelled them a bit late. I’ve had my account booking privileges disabled.
I find this to very childish and inconvenient.

Great place to work out plenty of…
Great place to work out plenty of options, air con music a bit loud but nothing that headphones cannot solve, 4 stars because was promised a refund and still not received at this stage.

Clean facilities, (for the most part) friendly staff, and lots of equipment. You will find everything you need to transform your body and change your life for the better.

The staff are very nice and helpful
The staff are very nice and helpful. There are enough machinery for everyone even in busiest time. The only thing that i would say is there are no elastic bands to train with or ankle weights which would be nice to have as i need them for specific exercises. Other than that its a really nice place to work out.
