My 1st gym - recommend it!
This is my 1st gym membership I have had. The gym is very modern and has everything I need. All the instructers seem really nice and approachable. I have enjoyed going along to the classes - they have a wide range. I highly recommend it.

Staff are so friendly and welcoming
Staff are so friendly and welcoming, I am confident person but not when it comes to going to the gym so this really helped me feel at ease. Such a nice gym and will definitely be continuing my membership. The spin classes are really good, I was a bit disappointed last night when I was on the waiting list for the 30 minute class at 7pm and only got a message through 3 minutes before the class started to say i had a space. Not the staffs fault at all, it would be good if people don't intend going to give more notice because I could have attended if I knew sooner its not fair on the staff who put in all the hard work either if classes are left with minimal numbers or the members who are eager to attend but don't get a space due to this.

Lovely gym
Lovely gym, modern, clean and spacious. Classes are brillant - love having the app to book classes early. Only 4 stars as the car park needs sorting out.

First time I’ve joined a gym for years…
First time I’ve joined a gym for years although I am a fitness fan. Really happy with énergie. Classes are brilliant and I’m slowly getting used to using the gym. My favourite thing is how exceptionally friendly and welcoming all the staff are. I constantly recommend énergie to my work clients and friends for this main reason. Love it!

Buzzing atmosphere
Love going to the gym and the busy atmosphere it has. After a personal session, it has given me more confidence in doing a workout routine.
Only downside is, there was Kettlebell classes on the timetable before it opened and it was for classic members as well: however its been taken off.
I would like to see perhaps some more classes opened up to Classic members.

Confidence Booster all the way
I have not really got going in the gym as yet but I am pleased to say I actually signed up with a PT he has given me confidence and my first session with him he got me to believe in myself. My second session is tomorrow and I am looking forward to it, my next challenge is to start going 2 to 3 times a week on my own which I hope to start next week. I think I should mention I did start with another PT but it wasn't right for me. This is a huge for me but I think I am going to enjoy it.
