My first session with charlotte and wow did she put me through it but loved every minute and can’t wait to be back with her already !!

Training with Charlotte has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and well-being. From our very first session, it was clear that Charlotte is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also deeply passionate about helping her clients succeed.

She takes the time to understand your goals, your limits, and your lifestyle—and then creates a program that’s both challenging and completely tailored to you. Whether it's strength training, mobility work, or nutrition guidance, Charlotte brings the perfect balance of motivation, accountability, and genuine support.

What really sets Charlotte apart is her energy and encouragement. She somehow knows exactly when to push you harder and when to dial things back, and she always makes workouts feel purposeful (and surprisingly fun). I’ve gained strength, confidence, and a completely new perspective on what I’m capable of—all thanks to her.

If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, knows her stuff, and gets real results, Charlotte is the one. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’ve been training with Charlotte for several years now and I can safely say her knowledge is second to none! She always finds a way to train around any injuries, pushes me to do that bit more whilst understanding how I like to train and also how I don’t! Énergie Fitness is genuinely a really friendly place to train. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Good gym, good kit and friendly staff.

What can I say, it’s a great gym ! All the staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Plenty of machines, free weights and separate bag / cardio areas. There is a comprehensive class timetable but I’m yet to attend one. As part of my membership, I get 2 PT sessions thrown in a month, which is great value. My PT is Niall, who I can’t praise enough. He’s very knowledgeable and always motivates me to give 100%. This is due to the variety in the sessions, which makes them more enjoyable and me work harder. I can’t recommend the gym / Niall enough.

I recommend Adam for a PT he's really supportive , makes you feel comfortable if youre on a weight loss journey and runs great classes!

I have done quite a few of Evie’s classes at the gym and she’s amazing! The way she believes in you and makes you feel comfortable and so confident i highly recommend her to anyone interested.

Sydney is a great PT instructor, she makes me feel comfortable and confident in our sessions and has helped with my training for a while now and i have seen great improvements with my fitness and energy. I really enjoy the sessions she runs that are tailored to my ability but are also challenging. I would definitely recommend Sydney as a PT for any ability.

Myself and my 13 year old daughter attend our personal sessions every week with Sydney who is exceptionally brilliant at what she does. She has made us both feel very confident attending the gym as we were both quite shy but now we look forward to our weekly sessions where she pushes us and works with us knowing which part of the gym we enjoy the most especially Emily she enjoys the circuit but it's also nice to do something with my daughter which we both enjoy.

I have just started getting PT's from Sydney and I fear the gym but she has made me feel very comfortable and makes me work for my goals 😌

My son has been having PT sessions with Niall and I have to say he absolutely loves it. He speaks very highly of Niall and after 8/9 sessions so far he is able to use the gym equipment properly. Niall explains everything in detail to my son and checks in as and when. The gym its self is modern and clean, the staff have always been friendly and helpful.
