Amazing gym
This gym is so good, the staff are the best. So friendly & helpful. I have never felt awkward or uncomfortable since joining.
A special mention for Sydney, who I do my boxing with, she's so knowledgeable & gives great advice.

Fantastic gym with a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Great classes, excellent staff and a place where everyone feels welcome.

Really enjoying the classes
Really enjoying the classes, Metcon with Charlotte Monday, Grit with Nyail Tuesday and Andy on Fridays, Luca Hybrid Thursdays. If you want tough classes then these are them. And whats good is that they are early morning.

PTs with Sydney
I have been having PTs with Sydney for almost 2 years. She is friendly, caring and makes them fun and engaging while im still training. If you ever want to consider starting PTs either boxing or weight training Sydney will suit the sessions to help you reach your needs and goals highly recommend

Great Gym
I have been training at the gym a number of years. It is a fantastic gym! It’s always kept very clean and tidy and the staff are always extremely friendly. Good value for money! The PT’s are all very knowledgeable and really helpful. Luca who PT’s has improved my cardio with martial arts.

Fantastic Gym!
I’ve been attending this gym on & off for a number of years & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff are very welcoming, helpful & you can have a laugh with them. I do a PT each week with Niall & have done since I started this gym, he’s very knowledgeable & I definitely notice a difference after each session! Would recommend here to anyone!
