Always Friendly & Helpful

I have been using the gym for over a year now, the staff are so friendly and helpful, I also have Personal Training, I’m always made to feel comfortable and made to push out of my comfort zone. There is always a good atmosphere with lots of laughing, which is well needed for someone like me who is not a natural gym goer!

I joined energie fitness gym a few months ago. The gym has a wonderful vibe, it is very friendly and all the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Special mention must go to Hayley Wheaton who is my personal trainer, she is a complete inspiration and has got me to a fitness level I never thought possible in a relatively short time.
Her knowledge is outstanding and she is constantly monitoring my technique so that I am getting maximum benefit from each excercise. Dan and Kate are also amazing, very encouraging and always ready to help and advise.
I would urge anyone to join this gym, it gets five stars from me.

Such a friendly gym and great place to workout! Lots of equipment and a good range of classes

Very clean and spacious gym with very polite and helpful staff.

The only bad thing that comes to mind is the lack of space and equipment during busier periods but it is quite a small gym so I suppose there is little to do about that. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Thanks to Dan and his team for always being friendly and helpful.

Well run clean gym with pleasant staff. I like the fact that I can book classes. The cycle spin class with Becky is a real tough workout which will improve my ability to climb hills outdoors.
I am enjoying my personal trainer sessions with Jamie. The gym is conveniently open for long hours.
I am able to suspend my membership while away cycling for several months.

I haven’t been to a gym for years. I signed up and had my induction which was helpful.
I’ve been three times so far. My experience has been ok. But the website talks about how much more personal énergie fitness is compared to other gyms. That hasn’t been my experience yet.
As a newbie, I’ve not been sure of some things and and wanted to ask questions. But on each occasion, there was no one at the reception desk when walking in and it was hard to see who was on duty. It would be great if they could take a more proactive approach, keeping an eye on the reception desk, checking round to see if anyone is looking a bit lost or uncertain, asking if you’re ok. Checking whose booked to come and whether anyone is a new customer would mean staff could be on the look out for those of us who aren’t as confident as others.

I was nervous to sign up but felt at ease immediately, staff seem to be really helpful and willing to help!

The manager Daniel at Hoddesdon helped me set up my membership very easily,showed me how to use all the machines and gave me words of encouragement and said anytime I need help or advice he was there and also gave me his number.That’s made me really happy and now I’m ready for my new journey ahead. Thank you
