This gym is amazing, I've been to plenty of gyms but never had such a warm welcoming inclusive experience. Most gyms just let you get on with it and the team members never really speak to you. Every time I come into the gym the team members say hello and speak with me genuinely without trying to sell me any personal training. I can ask for help anytime I need, truly feels like I am working out at home

All of the gym staff have been amazing, and friendly, they have been very welcoming and all of the equipment is of very good quality

As someone who likes to train regularly I have to say that this gym has a vibe of its own, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, equipment is clean and plenty to the requirements. Having multiple gym memberships due to work I will call this my home gym and will be for a long time

Brilliant gym. Great atmosphere and excellent staff. The staff and the trainers are very respectful, always motivating and helpful. Always smiling, which is really good to see. The minute you walk in, your instantly made to feel welcome which really heightens spirits. You feel you belong. Positivity all around. Equipment is excellent and well maintained, hygiene is really good. Toilets/showers always clean. Diverse, respectful and courteous members. The music is always on point, nicely balanced and gets you going. Overall an excellent ‘feel-good’ gym..with strong positive vibes. 😃

The first problem is that the water in the bathroom is not regulated and is very hot.
And the next problem is that your machine is not complete and you don't have a simple machine like Hyperextensions . thanks

really good gym, air con always working, machines always working and weights always organised and cardio upstairs is beautiful and spotless and changing rooms toilets are clean too

Exactly what I needed. User friendly, neat & organized.

At the age of 48 I decided to join a gym for the first time ever ! Had been thinking about it for over a year but when searching for a gym they all appeared too ‘corporate’. I was looking for a gym that was locally owned and where being a member actually mattered. I came across Énergie last year and decided they were exactly what I’ve been looking for. I joined last year and decided to embark on a 2 month PT program that they offered - best decision ever made.
Staff are so friendly, gym is kept extremely clean and they have a great range of equipment. Highly recommended and many many thanks to everyone who has made my transition to a gym so seamless, plus I feel amazing.

Good service just you need to solve issue with your customers bicycle parking.
