Great gym! What sets them apart is the functional fitness "Yard." And, I was glad to be able to pay only for the month, during the time that I was in the area.

Good gym. Gets v busy in evenings, as do most gyms, so best to avoid then. Would be nice to open a little later on weekends, closes at 8pm.

One of the best gyms I have been to The people are very welcoming and friendly the staff are brilliant and helpful the machines are well looked after I have been training there for two years and I absolute love it there so if you are wanting to join a gym this is the one for you

The gym is very crowded and busy in the afternoon which is expected and fine so I personally avoid the afternoon time as much as possible. The main point is that the gym equipments get broken easily and it takes a long time to be fixed which makes the gym stay longer than it should be. During holidays, I would rather be informed of the opening times by an email or a message and that makes life easier. One more thing, I am not sure if anything can be done to make the Wifi connection better in the afternoon as it doesn’t connect sometimes considering the phone network is very week at the gym and the number of people gyming. Otherwise, all is good.

Love the gym, but just need to improve the boxing area.

There are not many equipment for exercises because when every person wants to exercise, he looks for half an hour to complete one exercise

All equipment are in working condition… treadmill is too good… even though less space…more people are doing exercise…they are maintaining good…

My experience in énergie fitness is very bad because I’m join recently and going in morning shift no body instruction me what I do or not do one two time I ask one person he is here in gym but he is not properly guide just ask what you want you do and every time he is using phone not constreat on client that is not good thing so that’s why I’m using this gym and not recommended to anyone énergie fitness because there staff service is very bad so kindly return my fee and énergie fitness is very bad fitness

I really enjoyed going to Énergie Fitness gym. The gym has been really neat and tidy. Staff member are friendly and helpful especially Rashad and Nisham.

Great gym, has a very welcoming environment and great staff such as Rashad. Everyone is nice and always helping one another. Overall it’s a very welcoming and beginner friendly gym
