Little cozy gym with all you need to keep fit. Love it

Love it here. Joined recently and was made very welcome day one. A really good local gym. Would encourage anyone to join!

Good atmosphere, lovely staff, reasonable price… Perfect as a local gym.

Absolutely impossible to book a class, even 7-10 day in advance. Some classes allow only 6/7 people per class. So unless you can do a class in the middle of the day, you're left with not much for your membership fee

Value for money gym… besides the gym equipment the heavy bags for boxing are great…

Starting to need a cleaner ,soap missing in shower with hair on floor.
But all good time is smilling, welcome no complain so far .
Perfect actually.

I have been attending energie fitness since it opened back in spring/early summer and was welcomed with open arms. From struggling with social situations to now speaking to everybody, Zoe the manager along with Nathan (head of sales) have made me feel welcome since day 1. From helping me out with exercises to even going the extra mile and giving me their personal products and equipment. I have been to a few gyms and this is by far the best. Really recommend it to anybody doing cardio or weight training.

Really friendly staff! Everyone was lovely and welcoming. Zoe is very good at lifting heavy things!!

Staff are extremely friendly and always on hand if you need anything. The gym has a really nice community feeling and you always feel welcome. There is excellent equipment and facilities available and plenty of classes on offer!

I have been a member of many Gyms before but this is definitely the most effective. I know the building or the equipment can not take credit for the results of my workout but this is the place I want to come back. Instructora are friendly and inspiring and people at the classes are local residents... they are just like you.

HIIT and Fighting Fit classes would be better if 45 mins in length rather than 30.

Joined the gym for almost 2 months now, this is the second gym I ever joined and I like it a lot! This gym has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the classes are amazing. The changing area, studio and equipment are nice and clean.

Just finished my first week at énergie Fitness Hampton Hill and absolutely loving it - have been every day but one day and the equipment is great and always available when want to use, everyone who works there is approachable and always says hi and bye, and love the access to TV and Netflix available on some of the machines.

A really welcoming atmosphere. The staff are really helpful and super friendly. The equipment, changing facilities and studio is nice and clean.

The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and caring for all your needs. I haven’t had a problem with them during my time there and a very good service.
