All the staff are extremely helpful and…
All the staff are extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, I even received a call from Shane a few days after joining to check in and see how I was finding everything. The gym itself is well laid out, bright and there are a good range of machines. I have highly recommended this gym to a few of my friends already.

I like this gym because of all they offer. But mostly the kind staff who make it easy for a newbie who hasn't a clue (me!) to feel comfortable. The app is excellent too!

Best gym in galway.!!
I have been attending energie fitness galway since they opened in 2019. I can honestly say you won’t find a nicer, more affordable and friendly gym in galway. The classes they offer have great variety and times are suitable for everyone working 9-5 or shift work. The staff are all very friendly and especially motivating in classes when you need that extra push.!! There is always a good buzz around the gym and you rarely feel intimidated as there is a nice cohort of members. You want for no piece of weight equipment as they have it all.! Overall I couldn’t recommend this gym highly enough.!

Energie Fitness Galway is a great gym
Energie Fitness Galway is a great gym. Helpful staff, a wide range of equipment and its always very clean. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I love that all the equipment has easy…
I love that all the equipment has easy to follow guides to use, the equipment is high tech to interest more people to be active. I also appreciate that all the trainers (and fellow trainees) are so nice and easy to approach with any questions.
