The atmosphere of the gym is great members are friendly and helpful members of staff are brilliant very encouraging and are always there when you need them they also make you feel at ease as well as feeling good, well done keep up the good work

Friendly
The staff are very polite, and helpful when I made enquiries about joining. They explained the process and showed me and my daughter around the gym and explained what they do there and the classes they have, they made the process easy for me as I'm 58 and we both joined

I am loving my time at energie as it is…
I am loving my time at energie as it is a friendly, supportive place and if there are any problems, the personal trainers will help you straight away! The classes are lots of fun as well and very motivational. 10/10 experience!

Extreme abs 8PM Paul
Had an extreme abs session tonight it was amazing and had a very lovely instructor Paul who was very encouraging from start to finish I loved every minute of it and overall was an brilliant session will most definitely be attending again !!!

Friendly staff, plenty of equiptment
I've been using this gym now since January and honestly up until now I have always been scared of using the gym, walking into a room full of fit healthy people who might judge, but the staff here are so welcoming and always willing to help or give advice, and I feel so comfortable just coming in and doing my workouts.
I always come in when it's quiet so I can't comment for peak times bit I can always use the equiptment I need.
Would totally recommend to anyone
Also great if you follow their social media, they've always got challenges going on.
