I'm enjoying attending this gym and the…
I'm enjoying attending this gym and the classes they have available. It's friendly and large enough to not feel like your being watched. The staff are great and I even ended up in a class I would never have booked into because Reece spent time encouraging people to join in, surprisingly it was my favourite class so far.

Friendly Gym
Fantastic Gym with friendly on hand instructors. Classes are frequent and great energy. People actually talk to you and there is not many posers or show off’s that make you feel awkward. All different ages, shapes and ethnic backgrounds. The client group are mainly people there to exercise without feeling intimidated, just how a gym should be.

I have just joined lost me pass now have to pay £5 for a new one , so I've lost out on a weeks training nightmare

If your pass is lost and your waiting on a new one, you can still access your gym. Just make a member of staff aware of your situation and they will happily buzz you in. They will just need to check your membership and ensure it is still active and up-to-date. Hope this helps.

Glad I joined!
I joined this gym after reading so many good reviews. I was nervous after not being in a gym for a year but Ami put me at ease straight away and took the time to show me around. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. I asked Chris for some help with the leg press and he took the time to show me how it worked and helped me feel confident to use it. The gym is always spotless and the variety of classes means there is a time to suit everyone.

Having left David Lloyd which isn’t the cheapest of gyms/private members clubs, énergie is giving me more equipment (cardio, fixed and free weights), friendly, accommodating staff and my steam room (a must after any workout!!) all for considerably less than previously paying. All of this with brilliant opening/closing times. Thank you.

Good system for booking classes
Good system for booking classes on the app, and when I am in the classes I’m encouraged into doing a little better each time despite not being very good. It’s enough to keep me going to the gym.

i have never been a fan of the gym my…
i have never been a fan of the gym my confidence was always low when i attended however, since I joined Energie fitness and had a 1-2-1 with Reece he worked out a plan that would suit my abilities and help me achieve the results I was looking for. He advised what equipment was best and why and which classes I would enjoy most. I have now started to attend every morning before work and my confidence has dramatically improved using the equipment.
