Small But Nice Gym. Staff are lovely in the Clarehall Gym. Helpful, Friendly with good knowledge around programs and machines. Clean gym, busy at peak evening time (4pm-7pm). Thankfully they open later so it's usually quite after 7pm. Good price in comparison to it's local competitors.

Staff were pleasant but being a first timer to the gym, staff left me to my own devices. Luckily I had a friend join who showed me how to use some of the equipment. I recognise EF is trying to increase their overall delivery of good customer service. I am thinking of going back but the one thing that truly irked me and I’ve read it here in the posts. Did you get a water fountain on-site yet? I think at this day and age, access to water especially in a gym should be paramount. A lot of the machinery seems to be cramped together. It’s the closest gym to me, proximity plays a huge part and also because of my work schedule. I am hoping changes have been made. It’s nice to see EF respond. Keep up the good work

It was quiet and I was able to use the machines without having to wait. It was a good session.
I go there about 3 times a week usually early in the day when it is quiet. I find sometimes people sit on machines checking out social media...which is a bit annoying as you have to wait for them to move. This was not the case today.

Good gym, never too busy. Has everything you would need for a solid workout. Staff are nice.

Changing rooms not great so if you live close by shower at home.

Love Energie Fitness Clarehall! I always come out feeling great not just from the workout but because the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The fact they make a point to get to know you speaks volumes.

Very nice gym, many machines, staff is very helpful and their app is nice with many excercises ideas.

I wrote a review a little while ago, and since the management has addressed most of my concerns. There have been no more no-shows of staff to open the gym in the morning, the lockers that were permanently left locked have been freed up again, the broken equipment has been removed/fixed and the floor upstairs has been renovated. Apart from the cleanliness issues an lack of changing area, I genuinely am impressed with the action taken. Thank you Energie!

wonderful gym very nice experience friendly environment worth of money

I really liked the Gym but there are few equipments that are missing. I requested for the same but let's see if the add those equipments.

Too many members busy time 4-8pm too many y Gym bunny's sitting on machines holding them for no reason only for a chat or a rest.
No water tap to fill your bottle .came back late May 2022 after 2 years of Covid.

I just started but I'm enjoying it!

I personally feel there is no proper workout plan for classic members. Someone with no prior knowledge in workout plan will struggle to think what to do.

It's a great environment, with plenty of lockers and a good variety of machines to exercise, all in excellent condition. Overall hygiene is good, but changing rooms/toilets have seen better days. The rowing machines don't work as they need maintenance. Plenty of space for stretching upstairs. There are many weights available. Good ventilation and the staff is friendly and helpful.

It’s a great the gym but the only negative is there needs to be more than 2 people in a scheduled class for them to go ahead with the class. I think if a class is on the timetable and I am the only one booked in it should still go ahead as I have made the effort to turn up. The class only gets cancelled when you are there so it’s a bit unfair

I love the classes. Really good personal trainers

No hand wash in the gym. Some machine not working. Cleaning could be better. Staff is nice
