I joined this gym temporarily 5 years ago while I wanted to find a suitable gym nearer home. Why did I stay? There is a good variety of classes. The staff are friendly and encourage members to push themselves. On the downside air conditioning has been promised each summer. The studio usually has 1/2 fans but it becomes very hot in warmer times. The spin bikes have not been upgraded since the gym opened and badly need to be serviced. Tonight the first 4 bikes I sat on the saddle wouldn’t tighten. This is dangerous!
There is a good variety of gym equipment to be used in classes or on the gym floor.
I highly recommend this gym.

More equipment needed.

Crowd is good but the gym has to think about adding abs machine and obvious the ventilation system is missing which causes more sweat in summers and everyone is sweating.

Energie is a nice gym, i like the classes and the overall environment, but i feel there is room for improvement such as increasing the opening hours, i know most gyms close at 10pm, but there a lot of people who finish work after 10pm and will not have time to go to the gym and in the weekends the gym closes very early, In addition to this i think we need more equipment throughout the gym such hack squat machine, lying leg curl machine, pull down machine, I know the gym has limited space but this equipment are essential in a way. thank you

The staff are extremely helpful and kind, always have a smile on their face. The gym is always clean regardless of the time you attend, so grateful for that.

Joined energise citywest last year, love how bright it is with big windows and the layout. Recently got back into it and enjoying all the classes.
All the instructors are very friends and approachable and I feel very comfortable in the gym.

The renovation was done a long time ago. A lot of equipment needs to be replaced because it is old. The problem is with the toilet, shower, everything is very bad there. But on the other hand, the fee is small per month. Probably if the conditions are better, then the quality of service will be better.

Everything seems to be okay but I don't see anyone helping me. Do I need to join a club or a class? Because everyone is friendly there. I'm happy with the gym, but I don't see any assistance in terms of like machines

Very professionally run with all options available for you. If you need assistance or a trainer all is available for you. No impositions on your training schedule and the safety is inline with regulations with appropriate signage in place. A very good place indeed.

Staff are great,I attend classes only,which I really enjoy.Just 2 things,a lot of the bikes are not working properly, it would be great if they were repaired or renewed, also a yoga class in the morning woukd be great,evening classes don't suit me.

Staff absolutely fantastic and I would love to give them 5 stars. Adam, Jackson, Martin, Kevin, Dan and Nathan; professional but friendly and caring. Super team.
Unfortunately spin bikes are not up to the standard, often out of order due to its age.
Please consider replacing with more modern, which would have a monitor as a minimum.

WOrston gym ever no hot water to showere and toilets locked been with this gym for long time only because it's near but honestly people need shower after gym at least
