I love this gym, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They create a safe environment that helps maintain motivation. The atmosphere is always so good and I enjoy going!

Wow! Just Wow! I cannot recommend energie Fitness enough. Top class friendly, helpful & experienced trainers & instructors. High tech equipment with touch screen treadmills that log in to my Netflix & Spotify. Great variety of classes available on a very well managed timetable, from HIIT to Bootcamp, Zumba to Boxfit to name but a few.
I regret not joining them sooner. All staff are so welcoming, non-judgemental & genuine. 10 out of 10

Came home to Carlow & joined up for a month over Christmas!! Easy to sign up, friendly staff, plenty of equipment, Covid safe & clean!! wouldn’t hesitate in joining up in the future!! Thank you Energie Fitness Carlow..

I’m with Énergie gym 4 months and have achieved great results with weight loss and toning up..all the staff are so helpful and professional..also give great nutrition advice. great variety of classes to choose from and I particularly like the Step classes because it’s a great workout. The instructors are brilliant and you work up a sweat and have a laugh too but feel great afterwards..
they put the fun back in to fitness!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful the gym is very clean and and all machines are in top order toilets and showers are spotless I'm very happy overall

Energie is the first gym that I become a member of and I am loving it. The instructors are all very welcoming and helpful and it is very covid safe

Energie fitness is such a welcoming gym. You are always greeted with a smile as soon as you get in. It is such a relaxed environment too ☺️

I've been helped brilliantly since joining énergie Fitness in Carlow. Paul gave me a great induction. Just tonight I misplaced my phone and two brilliant staff members, Gavin and Niamh managed to find it.lifesavers! They were also generally approachable and nice on a busy gym night. Thanks guys!

They are joining very soon.

Gavin gave me the gym tour before I joined and it was very informative. After I joined, he went through all the equipment with me and prepared a fitness programme specifically for what I want. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I'm enjoying my time at the gym and am glad that I joined up.

Good equipment but poor ventilation for my liking , can get really hot inside, would need a good air conditioning installed for more stars

The gym is nice and clean and nice staff but my problem is with equipment there aren’t enough equipment for different exercises for example to do squats or to work on you abdominal area a lot of equipment are for weight lifting etc. If more equipments are added in relation to what I have mentioned it’ll be perfect.

Great facilities with everything you need regardless of what your focus is in the gym! Staff are lovely and helpful, very welcoming gym as some can be intimidating ! 100% recommend
