The gym has a really friendly vibe
The gym has a really friendly vibe, even when busy as there are people from all ages and all walks of life. It's not a posers gym, but it's still a hardcore workout gym. I love the location, which is convenient for me and also think the facilities are excellent.

James is a very professional manager…
James is a very professional manager and very willing to help with any queries regarding the machines etc
I am a physiotherapy and reassured that James is extremely well trained in his management role ,his personal training role and most importantly he has a wealth of experience in CPR training

Ticks all the boxes
Absolutely FIRST CLASS on all levels. James and his illustrious crew make this fantastic gym a really nice place to be. Cutting edge equipment for all types of training/exercise, fully stocked vending machines, free classes, private changing rooms/showers and all super clean. Excellent value for money and the men and women using the facilities are really nice people 👍

Lovely gym

Great gym . Not loads of people also easy to spot the regulars
Great set up of weights and equipment plus classes for the wife is great plenty of cardio equipment plus free Wi-Fi has lots of drinks using Apple Pay
