Énergie Brooklands is always very clean…
Énergie Brooklands is always very clean and the staff are amazing. They are super friendly and make you feel so welcome by greeting you by name when you enter and exit the gym. There is lots of equipment and the gym is set up in a way which makes it easy to move between equipment. Lots of classes on offer too!

Absolutely amazing place to work out…
Absolutely amazing place to work out and keep fit. I have joined three days ago and couldn't believe why I haven't done it months ago! Exercise classes are super organised, staff is friendly and professional, love this place :)

The staff has been very helpful and polite. They go the extra mile to resolve issues in a professional manner. They are quite friendly as well. Is there any possibility to carve out a steaming or sauna room? That will be a massive plus on your credentials and marketability. Overall, you guys are doing great. Kudos.

Really lovely clean and airy gym
Really lovely clean and airy gym, with no tits hogging machines and I’ve seen *nearly* everyone wipe down the machines they’ve been using. It’s always the men who forget 😂
Staff are lovely and friendly, it’s made coming to this gym very enjoyable so far.

Wasn’t made to feel welcome
Wasn’t made to feel welcome, as soon as I arrived one of the PTs interrupted my workout and asked to see my fob then went to check ‘that it hadn’t been registered to someone else in error’ no apology when she came back for accusing me of using someone else’s fob. Glad I’ve served my months notice.
Too hot in the warm weather too, the glass makes the gym a greenhouse. They need to invest in blinds for the windows or at least a proper air con system

We make sure that everyone's fob is registered to them and scans in for security purposes, though sometimes a computer error means that it doesn't always show on our screen straight away. We really do want to make énergie Fitness Brooklands a place where everyone is welcome and we do sincerely apologise that you didn't feel welcome with us this time round. We'd love to have you back in the future for a new, better énergie experience!

I have enrolled on the 6 week summer…
I have enrolled on the 6 week summer membership at the gym. 2nd week in and it’s been going fantastic. The gym is kitted with the best level of equipment and the range of classes on offer are great (wow membership). Staff at the gym are incredibly friendly and will always greet you by your name when they see you. Something which I don’t see often. Olga the owner, signed me up to the gym and will always say hi and check in with me when she sees me at the gym, which is so lovely. Abdul, the fitness manager has delivered the majority of fitness classes I have attended so far including Hiit and Core. He is an amazing instructor/trainer and will cater to everybody’s needs. I would class myself as a beginner in most of these sessions and he will always take the time in the sessions to modify the ‘moves’ so I can also work to my full potential, rather than miss out if something is too challenging for me which in turn means I lose my confidence. Abdul will actively come round to see how everyone is doing in the session regularly and will help if you are struggling or not doing something correctly. He will always be at hand to give you those few words of motivation when you need it. This personal touch has meant you sometimes feel like you are in a 1-1 PT session rather than a group session, which is brilliant! I have attended many fitness group classes in my time and by far I never enjoyed them so much as I have at this gym. I have been so impressed so far by my 6 week membership that I am considering to turn this into a full membership once this is over (something which I have never done before!). Thank you Énergie Brooklands you are doing such an amazing job!!
