I’ve been going to this gym since March 26 and love it. They have many classes you can join and the staff are amazing!

Had an amazing session with Terri. As someone who has gym anxiety and has very little knowledge on how to use the weights. I felt like Terri Ladies lifting class was very informative, she corrected my form and gave useful advice. Her session really boosted up my courage as an introduction to start using the weights. Book Ladies Lifting Class every Fridays 1pm

I’ve been attending this gym for a few months now and I’m always welcomed from the lovely staff - I specifically enjoy attending the Ladies lifting class with Terri. I’ve made such huge improvements that I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own and would recommend the classes to everyone who needs that extra encouragement.

Terry at the borough branch is always so welcoming at opening hours, she brings a great vibe to the gym

Gym with welcoming atmosphere thanks to the friendly Staff. I would particularly like to commend Terri who always greets with a cheerful smile and offers good advice and encouragement when requested.
I hope to be back to taking full advantage of the facilities after an accident to my left arm and in the meantime the sauna has been a great boon to recovery

I've been a member at this gym for a few months now and everything is great. It's a cutesy plush gym with top quality equipment and the all of the staff are friendly and encouraging so to me it's more than a gym but a really nice supportive community. My personal trainer is Kassidy who is a versatile trainer specialising on body recomposition. I've gotten a lot stronger (and slimmer too!). I've mastered the bench press, lat pulldowns and other stuff that I never thought I could do before I met him. It has also made me super confident to be in my own skin. He is also the manager of the gym and does an ace job at it. From maintaining high standards on the gym floor to stepping in when issues arise, he ensures the environment stays positive and respectfu l and makes everyone feel valued whether it's a beginner or a long term member. I really love it here! 💚

I love this gym for how quiet and easy it is to do a full work out without having to wait for equipment to be free. There's a good range of machines and the people in the gym are quite helpful and friendly. There's more of a sense of community, regulars and friends you can make in this gym which is super nice.

Kass is one of the best PTs in the gym and always changes up the training program so it never feels samey or repetitive. He also explains why and what the sessions focus is. I have been able to max my weights I push/lift in just 6 weeks than the last 3 years by training with him. The sessions feel evenly spaced out and the sets are all doable on my own too. Overall I am really enjoying my training sessions as i am learning a lot about proper form and how slight differences even in grip can target different muscle.

I have been training with Kass, who manages the gym these days, for well over eight years. I have a very high regard for his skills as a PT. It is also great watching him grow into his role as a manager.

Energie Fitness is a good gym, very old school but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I am really comfortable there.

I have been coming to this Gym for about 4 years now and I love it. The gym has all the equipment one would need. The instructors are incredibly professional, kind and motivating. I always look forward to my group sessions with Trey. He truely knows how to push people while making the class interesting and safe. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great gym with outstanding fitness classes.

Terrible atmosphere to be in i joined with the class pass for a session and heard a manager Kassidy(Saw his name on board)is a terrible person talking about his staff members bad things with his clients, very unprofessional

I am a member of Energie Fitness Borough since September. The gym has everything you need for a good workout, and now with Kassidy as manager, it's in excellent hands.
He's an outstanding PT who makes each session both challenging and enjoyable mixing strength work, cardio, and boxing. He pays close attention to your form and progress and tailors each session so that you're always pushed just to your limits. Love his energy, makes every workouts something to look forward to.

I am having a great experience at this gym. Since Kassidy became manager, I have been able to see lots of improvements such as vibes and atmosphere. The gym and its facilities are great.

Working with my personal trainer Kassidy has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my physical and mental health. When I first started, I wanted to improve my form, push myself harder, and stay consistent, and he’s helped me achieve exactly that (and more).

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always finds the perfect balance between challenging me and keeping me motivated. Every session feels purposeful, and I’ve learned so much about how to train effectively and listen to my body.

I can genuinely say that I feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to my fitness goals than ever before. Having the right guidance makes a huge difference, and I’m grateful for the progress we’ve built together.

Energie Fitness is absolutely a good gym to go, members are friendly, so much equipments that helps your goals and even has a sauna which I love using after my workout definitely would recommend it

Scammers

I cancelled my membership in Borough London energie fitness 3 months ago however they keep charging my debit card randomly each month month .They refuse to refund and stopped responding my emails.
Don’t get membership if you don’t want to be scammed

Cancelled my membership since November but yet they still trying to get money out of me this month absolutely ridiculous

Really bad gym, they never reply to emails, phone ir any complain. I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and no one answered.
In the app there is no cancel membership, I would not recommend to subscribe, be careful with this gym.
I stopped going to the gym and I paid many months even me kept asking to cancel the subscription. I have now removed with my direct befit and they keep trying taking money.
So unprofessional people and gym.

Great gym, great athmosphere and equipment

Nice sized gym and great value for money, compared to other gyms. All the equipment you need. Only one EZ bar located on preacher curl bench. Would like to see another EZ bar.

They still took payment even after I cancelled my membership!
