Clean and well equipped with friendly…
Clean and well equipped with friendly staff regularly checking on walkabouts willing to help straight away when asked. 7lb down in one month so I'm happy

Best Gym
Absolutely love this gym, tried many but will be sticking here, plenty of equipment, staff super friendly and more than happy to help if unsure on equipment.
Best classes I’ve ever done, very motivating and feel like I’ve done a really good workout.
I’m not the most confident in going to the gym and here I actually don’t feel conscious. Love that there is not a mirror on every single wall you look at too.
Best value for money and at half the price of my old gym.

Would recommend to others
I recently joined the gym because I was looking for a local gym that had the flexibility of no contracts and that was open at the hours that suit my lifestyle.
I like this gym because it has a relaxed atmosphere, a good variety of classes and equipment, and also the staff are very friendly. I would recommend Energie Fitness in Bognor Regis to others.

I recently moved to the area & joined
I recently moved to the area & joined when gym reopened in April - equipment is great up to date - staff are friendly - facilities are very clean - would love to see more of a variety classes in the mornings as there doesn’t seem to be many in place for after 17th May ie body pump - spin - body attack etc. I’ve really enjoyed the outside workouts. Overall for the monthly subscription it has everything you will need for a good workout session.
