Great selection of machines for different muscle groups, a sizeable free weight section too. Plenty of treadmills and spin machines and everything you’d ever need for an intense cardio session. Highly recommend if your looking to join a gym that’s clean and tidy from morning till night.

I'm a relatively new member of Energie& Gym, and am delighted to be a part of it. Staffs are very helpful & friendly.. There’s also plenty of space and equipment. The atmosphere is very encouraging and the people are very kind. Overall a great experienc….!

The Babriggan gym is far too small. Not enough showers and equipment. The are only 2 studios for classes. Not worth the money

High quality, diverse group classes. The equipments are in good condition. People are to one another like a friendly community.

Best gym ever! The equipment is great and well maintained. Staff are really helpful and friendly and you honestly do feel like it's where you belong

I was refused entry to a spin class as I was less than 1 minute late. The class had not even started. I have never come across such a ridiculous rule. Nothing stated in the terms and conditions about members being refused entry due to being less than a minute late. I will be cancelling my membership straight away. I would totally understand if I had missed the warm up or if I was a few minutes late but less than 60 seconds is a joke.

Energie Fitness in Balbriggan is one of the best gym,why i give 5 stars!?
I would give milion stars if i can becouse in hard times they never discriminate people so from my side there is huge RESPECT,very friendly and helpful staff,equipmet is on highest level,very clean and tidy...
Another thing is membership is only €1 a day so €30 a month,plenty of parking space there "free"
They listen sugestions of their members,opening hours suits everyone,warm greeting,great customer service,those guys know their job and how to run bussines.I am sport active person so im going to gym over 23 years and i have experience in that amazing sport and i know what is necessary for successful gym to make clients happy and im 100% sure that you guys have all those qualities and just keep going that way...I am proud to be your member and anyone who is lookin after his personal health and have healthy life will join in our gym in Balbriggan...

Our Balbriggan energie is just fantastic nothing negative great staff great family ​I feel very happy being there, however can I ask the management to put a clock and weighting scale

Enjoying the gym experience and the facilities provided a Énergie Balbriggan. However I do find the cleanliness of the toilets shower area is not up to standard. I notice a large number of users are not cleaning down the equipment after use, the sprays and paper rolls are available plus notices to bring your own towel but this is not monitored by the staff who can usually be found in the office area not on the floor.

The equipment is great, staff are friendly, great selection of classes and very affordable!!
