Their online portal was great - seemed to be well designed and worked well, making it really easy to keep track of the process, download and review documents, and to drop a message to the team.

First time we used an online service for conveyancing, they were absolutely fantastic. Very easy to use their online platform, showing progression and tasts done and to be done. I had to call them to check something and I was easy to contact and had answers my questions. Very quick and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend

Customer service was great .

Good conveyancing firm with no issues whatsoever. Professional, polite and answered all my enquirers in a timely manner. The online portal was easy to access and navigate and straight forward when needing questions answered. The couple of times I needed to speak to the conveyancer they were very helpful.

I recently underwent a remortgage with Enact and it was one of the smoothest and most straightforward transactions I’ve ever dealt with. I had almost daily updates from my conveyancer Georgia, who was helpful and efficient. I had a nightmare with my previous conveyancers for my first mortgage so was extremely anxious, but I’m so glad I chose Enact. They were fantastic and had my whole remortgage done in less than a month.

Online platform that ties all the communication in one place, I found this useful for uploading docs and checking progress. The online messaging tool is really useful and good response times. I did need to phone a couple of times and I never struggled to get through or get an answer. Overall great experience.

Communication is key
Enact acted on behalf of Nationwide to fulfil the legal elements of a remortgage. Although just about everything is sent and dealt with online (unless a signature required) the contact still felt personal. All dealings were professional and courteous and a good outcome was achieved. No complaints, not so much as a grumble. A great service.
