There was an issue with my order and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. They apologized and made it right and compensated me for any inconvenience caused. The customer service representative I dealt with (Jezza) was very polite and helpful.

Jezza at Empress Mimi was very speedy and helpful with responses to all my concerns. I had two separate orders I needed assistance with and Jezza was very quickly able to get me answers on all the questions I had raised, including advice on sizing for an exchange. Both of my exchanges are now in the mail thanks to their help and I was saved the trouble of sending multiple packages off to separate locations with one simple clarification.

I ordered a beautiful lingerie set that I am very excited to receive. Somehow, I mistakenly left out my apartment number in the shipping address I entered in. I immediately contacted Empress Mimi via their customer service email, which was very easy to find, as it was in the email they sent me which confirmed my order. Jezza, who handled my request to correct the shipping address, responded within 24 hours and assured me that she would do her very best to help. And she did! In only one business day, my address was corrected, and now I am absolutely thrilled to know that I will receive my package knowing that it’s going to the correct address. Jezza was also super friendly and accommodating. This was my first time ordering from Empress Mimi, and I am really impressed so far with customer service.

I had a last minute change to the order that somehow she was able to pull off! That sort of customer service is unheard of these days. There was no reason for her to go the extra mile to pull the strings she did - and I am so grateful.

The extra mile was also demonstrated in the personalization of my purchase, the little bag it came in, the card that gives the story and lore behind the piece - just darling! I got the Madame X and the detailing is stunning.

My only complaint is that the cup is a little too big for me. I’m usually a small, and was afraid the XS would be too tight on the band. The S band size is perfect, but there is a little extra lace for those of us with the bitty titties. However, the piece is still gorgeous and I don’t mind if I don’t perfectly fill it out.

Empress Mimi in general is AMAZING! The items I have received have all exceeded expectations. Quality, inclusive sizing and just absolutely gorgeous! I've felt my divin feminine energy every time I've worn my Empress Mimi lingerie, and I am always so excited to get my new subscription box. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Their stuff is absolutely beautiful!
I'm often cautious with lingerie because sometimes the lace and other fabrics can be harsh since I have sensitive skin but their stuff is always nice and soft against me.
I get the Queen subscription and it always makes my day when I see it has arrived.
When I have a little extra to spend I pick up a few extra pieces, and since they often have sales I can get something stunning in my budget.
They are also quick to answer me if I need help with something and are the nicest people to talk to.

Jezza went over and above in following up on my customer care issue. Even when the mistake was not the company’s fault she offered to make it right.

You get what you pay for. The prices are high, but not unreasonable. I spend on a box about the same that I would spend on a set from Victoria’s Secret, except from Empress Mimi the quality is better and it’s ethically sourced. It makes me really happy to have pieces made from nice lace, chiffon, and beautiful high-quality materials, and to know that they were made with love makes a difference. There are options for pricing, so you don’t have to get the really expensive box (but you’ll want to, trust me). They always arrive on time. I got at least 10 subscription boxes and received a unique set each time (I was worried I’d get the same thing twice, but that never happened). The few times I have had to contact customer service, I have been helped by the lovely Jezza who resolved all of my concerns like magic!!

My subscription is on pause right now because my lingerie drawer is now full, but I think it’s getting close to time to start swapping some pieces out for new ones… ;)
