Returned my old tag today , return process very easy to navigate and excellent information from the Emovis. Would definately use them again and would highly recomend.

Easy Driving
We drive through France to Spain & back twice a year so the toll tags save so much time & hassle. Everything works just as it should & billing is easy. Love it 👍🏻

Sad to Loose my Tag
I returned my Emovis tag today.
This was deslt with with the usual
efficiency and lack of fuss by Emovis.
The tag made peage driving in France a lot easier. No struggling for change and stretching out of the wrong side of the car to pay. Pick the tele channels and “beep” you’re on the way.
The bills were accurate and the monthly billing helped spread the cost of holidays.
Motoring in France was a joy as a result.
I would heartily recommend getting our to ease your journey.
Unlike the UK where inadequate and poorly maintained infrastructure meant getting too France became untenable.
So i reluctantly parted with my tag.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I left my tag in a hire car and when I realised, Emovis did nothing to help. I cancelled my account in April - Emovis have taken the management fee in September. They do not reply to correspondence and do not answer the phone. You are better off paying by debit card.

Stupid UK sticker
The Emovis tag was easy to install and was so very convenient on our recent tour of Spain and Portugal.
However, the experience was spoilt because I did not order a UK sticker as I already have one and the one that arrived was so flimsy that it is worth about 50p, not the extortionate £6 charged. A silly thing to do for an otherwise quality service.

I tour France on my Motorcycle every…
I tour France on my Motorcycle every summer. The tolls on the Payage are a real pain on a bike.
Gloves off, safely store the ticket or swipe my payment card. Then gloves on and ride away.
I tried Bip and Go with a tag from the French site last Year and it refused to work.
I signed up with Emovis for a 10 day car tour in September and the same result. The tag just refused to work. I opened an account with Emovis, received and registered the tag. Placed it on my screen as per instructions and it refused to work. We tried holding the tag out of the window, pointing directly over the barrier.
No joy.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the will it - won't it work jeopardy, is simply unbearable.
I had a tag for the Dartford crossing for many years and it worked seamlessly.

Why we did not get one years ago i dont know, the pleasure of not having to strain out the car to reach the terminal at the toll gates is something my partner is eternally grateful for, only thing missing is an app to keep a track of events and charges.
