Something has changed
Something has changed, not sure what or why. But I have used Emma Hardie products for a while now, but recently I have been unhappy with my purchases, namely the vitamin C products. It seemed great at first, but within a week of using my skin reacted quite badly, such that I had to stop completely and change to a 'calming' product to help my skin recover. I have contacted them by email, and to date I have only received an acknowledgement with what now appears to be the the usual 'We really appreciate the time you have taken to contact us, we aim to get back to all enquiries within 48 hours.' Well that was nearly 4 weeks ago now. Needless to say I will not be using your products anymore, thrown them all in the bin; I have never had a reaction to any facial products before, and I do not have sensitive skin.

Super fast delivery via a reliable courier. Products are pricey - but some good deals on the website. Definitely worth it as a treat.

Having informed Emma Hardie about…
Having informed Emma Hardie about something being different about their facial oil, I had just finished using one previously and ordered another bottle, The only response I got when I called was that a senior manager would get back to me when they came back from overseas sales trips. Then I was told that their insurance would write a letter to me.I had written a letter about my concerns in January and made numerous calls but to date I have received no response. Is this how a company builds up their business? I have used their products for over two years and feel that they have no interest in my concerns about their product. I still have the oil in question as proof of my concern. They are not cheap and haven’t received a replacement either just being ignored!!
