My builder had a pack of bricks delivered from Emery. I would say that 30% of the brick in the pack are either broken or the faces are damaged. They are London Brick to match the existing building. London Bricks are expensive in the first place and I know they are a soft brick but 30% is far to high. Normal expectations are 10 % wastage after construction. This is 30 % when the pack was opened. Very poor handling at some stage in the brick packs life prior to delivery. Build should have asked for these to be returned in my opinion.

I have used these for several years and have always found them to be well priced for most building products, and always with excellent service.

Bought and had delivered today some fence panels; efficient delivery on time and great personal staff.

Have been using Emerys (Stoke-on-Trent) for many years now and they still go above and beyond the norm. Price, product availability and delivery are second to none. Their whole team, including online order queries, telephone sales, yard staff and delivery drivers - cannot be faulted - they are all a credit to their trade. Thank you.

Supplier let them down, so they couldn't supply my original order, gave me an alternative of a refund or better quality items for the same cost.
