I've been with emerge weight for three months and its been wonderful. Great costumer service with people that help you, the medicines arrive fast, and im from PUERTO RICO, Trustworthy company, amazing help and quality product directly from the pharmacy to your home, i love it!

I signed up with Emerge with so much excitement and obviously a little nervous. My patient care specialist Liz has been wonderful, helping explain the way the process works. If I have a question she’s always been able to answer in a way I understand. I’ve been with them for almost a month and I’ve lost 10 pounds. I’m extremely happy. Thank you Emerge!

I have used Emerge for at least 10 mos. They are easy to work with and always reply immediately to my questions. Recently, I believed i had a shortage in my bottle and was instructed to contact the pharmacy. The pharmacy did not reply so Emerge intervened and resolved the issue. Love this company!

This company overships the medication. I used them for 9 months and had to suspend my account because they had shipped 4 extra months of medication. Once I caught up, I reinstated my account, and they shipped 3 times for 3 months' worth of medication in 35 days. They said that their systems can't control orders and shipments on a 28-day schedule. They really do it because it guarantees them revenue. Once shipped, you have to pay for the medication. When I raised this practice to the top of the organization and asked them to ship on a 28-day schedule or let me reorder monthly, they just canceled my subscription.

I have lost 17 lbs in the first month. I have had absolutely no side effects. I’m walking 30 minutes 5 times a week. Drinking my water daily and with the food noise gone. I feel more in control. Everytime I have had a question I reach out and get an answer in less than an hour. Not an automated answer. A person with a true response. That has made me feel very comfortable. I was very skeptical/ nervous/ scared. But I had tried everything to lose weight and I just couldn’t get the scale to move. I am blessed to have found emerge.

I absolutely LOVE emerge!! When I used it the first time about a year ago under a different pharmacy, I had to stop. I did lose 20 lbs, but the tirzepitide made me physicall ill. I have decided to rejoin a month ago, and with the pharmacy change, PERFECT!! I am down 7 lbs in 2.5 weeks and feel great. No side effects whatsoever!!! Thank you Emerge for being so awesome.

Started off pretty good with losing 17 pounds in 5 months. Then I received a hot shipment (usually cold) which was noticeably ineffective. They didn’t offer a refund or a replacement and instead kept asking if their “scientists” to call me to tell me it was my imagination. Really disappointed in the brush off after paying them thousands of dollars. I’ll be trying another place as most places seem to be half the cost.

I tried trezeputide. I was not tolerating it well. The 2nd dose was due and they charged my card and had sent my order to the pharmacy. I called and told them and said I did not want the second dose. They told me they would cancel the order and refund my money. I'm always wary about refunds. But to my surprise they immediately refunded not one but both of my payments. I was highly impressed.

I have been with Emerge for 13 months now. My life has totally changed since being on the medication. The staff have been extremely helpful every time I have a question or concern. You don’t get that type of top-notch service with companies sometimes. Emerge supports you anyway they can and that’s what makes Emerge stand out and stand above other companies. I cannot say enough great things about Emerge Weight Loss. When looking into providers for the weight loss journey, I found all of the information and options to be incredibly overwhelming. I had so many questions - how does it work? What does it cost? Is it safe? Is the process a pain? I didn't want to have to schedule multiple telehealth visits and I was worried about scheduling issues. I was afraid the process was going to take forever.

But then I found Emerge. They are this sort of laid back, holistic family who supports you every step of the way. I am not kidding you, they are so nice and their sign up process was SO EASY. I had to send in a short video but they deal with you in an asynchronous manner so there were no scheduling issues and no long waits for my prescription.

I have been with them since my first day on this journey and I plan on staying with them until the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Update: Emerge has stepped up!! Shipping is back to quick time-frames. Most recent order was shipped so quickly that I even received my meds BEFORE I received my tracking from Emerge. Currently with Strive and love the B12 additive- It's the first compound that has not made me feel so tired after shot day. Also, their responsiveness to my texts is like when I first signed up- quick answers to any questions I have. Their weekly wellness meetings are a huge part of my journey and have helped me stay on track- accountability and community!

Starting with Emerge has been a really positive experience. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and the emails made it super simple to know what to do next. I’ve been on the medication for about three weeks now and already starting to notice some changes. The Facebook group has also been super helpful it's great connecting with others who are on similar paths and sharing tips and support.So far, I’m really glad I took the step to start this journey with Emerge!
