Just back from beautiful Les Gets and a fabulous stay at Heriz. The apartment is an oasis of luxury and tranquility but right in the heart of the action - so the fun never far away with The Black Bear, Apres, The War Memorial etc all within a stone’s throw. Lovely to be able to walk round the corner for the lifts. Top bombing! Epic! Thank you so much Team Heriz!

A wonderfully spacious apartment in a very good location (for both lifts and the Boulangerie!). Great service, checking we were happy after only 48 hrs and doing a quick clean and linen change after 3 days. My only comment would be that mugs with handles would be appreciated!

Le top: spacious, 3 bedrooms and quiet
Excellente expérience dans cet appartement spacieux et bien équipé sur 2 niveaux comprenant 3 chambres avec terrasses, deux salles de bains, 3 toilettes, air conditionné central par étage (silencieux), une grande terrasse vue sur belle piscine (fraîche), cuisine bien équipée. Petit salon salle à manger avec TV plate, petit haut-parleur bluetooth pour le confort. Accès direct à un 3e étage solarium sur le toit comprenant canapés et petit grill Weber +gas. Un cadeau de bienvenue: sel, éponges neuves etc…Attention: un escalier escarpé pour descendre aux chambres pour info.Proche de la plage, parking libre devant le bâtiment. Bâtiment moderne et bien conçu.
Par d’accueil en personne, tout se fait par Email et SMS mais service dispo et rapide!! Merci!

The apartment was new
The apartment was new, perfectly equipped and the interior was beautifully decorated. The EV charging station in the underground garage was a real plus. Furthermore the whole crew of Emerald Stay was easy to contact, helpful and very friendly. We consider booking another stay in one of the other destinations for our upcoming skiing trip.

Perfect Morzine holiday
Had a great week with the family in chalet Kerasia - Morzine, fantastically looked after by Emerald Stay. The chalet was finished and maintained to fabulous standard and Emerald were perfect.
First time we have used Emerald. Very impressed and already looking at trusting them and the quality of their properties on our next trip.

Merveilleuses vacances au chalet Le Soli a Morzine
Nous avons sejourné à Morzine dans le chalet le Soli 1 semaine au mois d’août et tout y est parfait : des vues imprenables sur les montagnes aux alentours en passant par le comfort interieur très chaleureux et authentique du lieu. Je conseille très fortement ce magnifique chalet en pleine nature. La navette gratuite qui passe au pied du hameau est parfaite pour aller au centre de Morzine.

Nous avons loué l'appartement Altum en août 2025 à Morzine. Le logement est super bien optimise et a 2 pas du centre pour ma fille de 4 ans c etait idéal. La déclaration est cosy avec goût et j ai tres bien dormi les lits sont tres confortable. L'équipe est au petit soin pour toutes les demandes. Merci on a passé de bonnes vacances.

Excellent séjour première semaine…
Excellent séjour première semaine d’août 2025 au chalet Le Soli dans la vallée de la Manche à Morzine. Chalet impeccable, jolie vue sur la montagne, magnifique salon avec poutres anciennes et cheminée imposante. Chambres et salles de bains impeccables. Le charme de l’ancien avec tout le confort moderne.

Great property conveniently located 10 mins walk outside of Morzine town centre - the property was fitted to the highest standards and was very comfortable - the service from the property agents was great and very responsive. We would definitely go back!

Opportunistic and false cleaning charges of 900 EUR
The property itself was great, but the excessive and opportunistic cleaning charges completely ruined our experience. We were charged a staggering €900 in total for cleaning, despite leaving the place in a reasonable condition — dishes were done, most rubbish was removed, and only minor, easily wipeable marks were present.
To make matters worse, €500 was charged to my card without consent. When challenged, Emerald only refunded €50, acknowledging that the dishes were, in fact, clean. They initially attempted to charge €50 just for doing dishes — on top of the already high cleaning fee we had agreed to.
The justification for some of the extra charge included removing five items from the fridge. No damage was done to the property, and it was left in a normal post-rental state. Sadly, this experience has ensured we won’t be returning. Avoid.

We’re sorry to hear that our departure guidelines affected your overall experience, especially as this was your second stay with us. We understand that the charge may have felt excessive; however, by confirming your reservation, you agreed to our terms and conditions.
Our departure rules are in place out of consideration for our local team and cleaning staff. We believe that tasks such as taking out the trash reflect basic respect for the property and are not included in the standard cleaning service.
While it’s true there were no significant damages, we did note coffee stains on the table and walls, which gave us the impression that the chalet may not have been treated with the level of care you referenced.
As for the city tax, we sincerely apologize once again for the error. It was a genuine oversight, and we corrected it immediately by issuing a refund.
We understand you enjoyed your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Now that you’re more familiar with our policies, we trust your next experience will be even smoother.

J'ai trouvé un peu "moyen" de garder la trace de ma carte bancaire alors que je l'avais changée. Ce qui a failli remettre en cause le séjour d'après Alice.
D'ailleurs d'après Alice, il fallait faire le ménage complet car c'était un court séjour.
Mais Romain, je crois, qui m'a appelé la veille du départ ne m'a pas dit la même chose...

En ce qui concerne la vérification de la carte de crédit, nous sommes désolés si cela vous a surpris. Toutefois, Alice n’a fait qu’appliquer notre procédure standard, précisée dans nos conditions générales de vente. Celle-ci prévoit que la carte ayant servi au paiement soit vérifiée lors de l'enregistrement, par mesure de sécurité, comme cela se pratique fréquemment dans notre secteur.
S’agissant du ménage, il semble effectivement qu’il y ait eu un malentendu. Nous vous avons informé qu’aucun ménage intermédiaire n’était inclus dans votre réservation, nos séjours de moins de 7 nuits n’en bénéficiant pas automatiquement.
En revanche, à aucun moment il ne vous a été demandé d’effectuer un ménage complet avant votre départ.
Comme indiqué dans les instructions envoyées par la suite, seules de simples consignes habituelles étaient à respecter. Nous sommes navrés pour cette confusion.
