Matt Piper has been handling my remortgages for years and really has given me sound advice and an incredible service every time . Jen and Fran have also helped with my latest remortgage and made sure it ran through on time and kept me updated on a complex situation. I definitely would recommend.

What made my experience great with the team at Emerald was how I was treated and dealt with, from the very first call with Matt to the most recent one with Lorna and all the in between ones , and there were many , with Alex.
From being very sceptical about them or anyone for that matter being able to help me release equity on my property to completing the process only a few weeks later gets my recommendation any time .
Matt and the team managed to secure the best deal possible for me despite my doubts and they done so in the most professional, friendly and efficient manner.
From Matt’s introductory call and consequent emails and calls thereafter, to Alex’s guidance and assistance every step of the way through the process, to a call just today from Lorna to keep me informed of the final steps, it’s just been a pleasure to have had them handle my business.
